Even if a placing were likely (a very big hypothetical 'if') what makes you presume that its not what investors would want to hear? It would imply that a project is coming to fruition that would generate a few hundred percent ROI on the capital raised. Why would anybody not want that?

The recent RNSs and price drop led to me to question a placing yesterday [ see history]

I will buy today if its low enough but its AIM and these are terrible companies obviously

It can never be seen as a POSITIVE to drop the SP to 0.05p abs from what I can see an all time low SP [if it goes to placing price]

If the money is used wisely then it will be a plus.

A quick note for anyone new to AIM.. i asked the question here yesterday regarding a placing/dilution because not only the SP was collapsing but it was doing so after good news and a massive spike.

Plus the RNSs after they were releasing seemed to be upbeat but all jam tomorrow and possible funding needed to progress to this "jam" ... of course not in so many words

Just a little helpful hint to newbies and it doesn't always pan out but in AIM it does

I think the 0.18p spike was supposed to let them raise higher but it only held for 4 hours and was back to 0.85p in 24 hours

I will definitely buy today if I can get in around 0.053p..
