Just read the RNS from the AGM announcement and accompanying letter

They definitely plan to do a further placement in the future but it looks like the company is in no immediate danger of administration now that they have been given the power to issue new shares which satisfies creditors

I am probably mental and I'm going to see how the SP sits tomorrow with the new shares hitting the market but I'll have a few K if it's still 0.0615p to buy or lower

This at the AGM seemed to point to the fact they are laying the foundations for another raise but then again the AGM announment and accompanying letter from CEO was released when SP was around 0.09p so maybe all priced jn at 0.063p.

I'll have a think about what to do and read up again

I think there were sales "in the background" though Torreaguas that will be reported later.

I saw lots of blue around 0.40p earlier today and only a few sales but the SP kept falling

Is that all the bad news done with now in so much as they have down the share consolidation or does that just mean that they can raise more through a placing that they couldn't when minimal value was 0.10p??

I have been in here before and probably would again as it SO low now and these diamonds may appear but don't want to be in for a potential new placing like i was a year or so again

Yes Dom I think any half decent RNS this will rocket from 0.35p area and if u could get in at even 0.70p I'd have a go BUT not until I see the RNS and still not with a 33% spread showing on LSE and 20% actual spread

Best thing for people who will hold into tomorrow is for the sell price to stay at .32p so more will risk it as they haven't made profit
