Looks like the magnitude of the rise has brought out all the Bell Ends. Audible and DD……no doubt all sulking because they thought they had a few more months to get in under a penny.

It scarcely seems credible that HUI have designed a comparable system in one year when PHE has been at this for a decade or longer. I’m assuming that the process must still be the IP of PHE and HUI has merely tweaked the chamber to fit with it’s particular requirements of the system. I would expect that PHE will still be entitled to it’s process licence. If not I would expect PHE to take legal action to protect it’s process patents. Unless of course HW has done a backhand deal of benefit mainly to him.

4 Directors resigned today (dated 30th May) and a Drew Burdon was appointed. I'm supposing he is the same Drew Burdon who is a partner in EQT Life Sciences (From Google - one of Europe's largest and most experienced healthcare investors, targeting innovative life sciences and health care companies. EQT Life Sciences has raised more than €3 billion, and invested in over 150 private companies). Looks like some Corporate action on FVR then. Anyone else heard anything? Lot of action recently - sadly the market hasn't liked any of it!

Always darkest before the dawn as they say. Has to be said tho' the Company was registered more than 20 years ago now and has produced zero of substance so far. I don't blame people who think this is a 'lifestyle' company. Funding a few engineers to tinker about in their labs without a viable end product for shareholders to get a return from. I've been invested here for three years and frankly the lack of progress has bored me to death. The can has been kicked down the road for so long now that they have tested the patience of even the most saintly. When I invested I committed in my own mind that it was a long term project and looked at three to five years as being a reasonable period. Three years has gone by and still no FOAK! Seems sights are set on year four now. If it goes to year five - well I only live twelve miles away from Protos and I shall have to go and take it out on them personally!
