The suggestion on the other board is that Al sold a large part of DA to Ten Eleven at a heavily discounted price in what they are inferring is a cosy related party transaction. What he will get out of it in due course is unknown as of now - a seat on the Ten Eleven board perhaps? Think he needs to at least explain why he thinks this is a good deal and why he thinks the low valuation is fair.

Al Sisto and Alex Doll are investors and on the advisory board of Noknok.com.

Alex Doll is the founder of 1011.

Al Sisto (as head of Tern) agrees to the sale of a huge piece of DA for buttons…to 1011.

Taking in to account all the supposed selling off by Al Sisto (and others)lately, does anyone feel that things are not quite what they seem in the Tern camp.

BTW I did email Tern asking for some clarity on the above..no answer, not a peep!!

I would love to buy in now at these prices but I don’t have one ounce of faith in the Tern BoD.

CBR may well be spun off 'under another banner' but currently it is is owned by Hemo so cash or new shares will have to change hands first.

Bertmonkey - It seems to me that another placing is inevitable at some point. We're no longer developing Protos with Peel so we will need to fund that build ourselves, unless of course another partner can be found to enter a JV with. I don't know what the cost of building a full scale plant is but seem to remember a figure of circa 20M going around so unless we can find a partner there will need to be a significant fund raise in the future, Engsolve Revenue is unlikely to make a significant contribution beyond covering some salaries.. I haven't been on here for a while so apart from the new Bridgend demo I haven't heard of any new customer developments. Maybe they will come once the demo unit is finished. Like you been here since 2020 and seen the SP decline by over 90% so also sticking them in the bottom draw as not worth selling.

I was wondering why the SP had gone down and then I saw it - an RNS had been released! Tern ISN'T 'trading at a massive multiple to fair value.' It is currently at approx 120% of it's last reported NBV. Many investment companies do trade at multiples of their NBV but not Tern.

Unfortunately for you optimism is a prerequisite for high office so you and Mr Rees have already been excised from the list.
