As I said earlier I have been here since 2013. Of late I have become increasingly frustrated by the price action or lack of it for whatever the reason. I read the board most days and am extremely grateful to those really knowledgeable posters who I follow as what they contribute makes sense and fills in the knowledge I do not have even though I have been trading , or investing for some 10 years.
A while back I sold all my other stocks and put them in solg to then rhink ..what on earth do I do if it all goes wrong. As a result I sold at the high a small portion and bought into ARCM who has an md of similar ilk to NM ie intent on shareholder value, trying to limit placing, skin in the game etc etc and recently signed an agreement with AA for 6 months exclusivity so my holding with them is the same as in here. After March I have managed to accumulate here a further 60,000 odd shares for free so my play on the other board is about 3 percent of what I hold here. I have to say it did give me a rush which at my age I found immensely enjoyable but I am here for the long term. The play on thursday friday was a release to the lack of activity here but with that now done I await the result here like everyone else for something to happen.
Hopefully it will be sooner rather than later. Ned
Morning all.
I bought in just below 25p initially and my last buy was 21.5 ish as I bought at lower prices as it dropped. Been here since 2013 and bought at the 1.5p level (though only a few as I was getting a little concerned) but having read a few of the rns' over there and looked at the good posters made a decision. Been doing this for 10 years so I think I will hold my own but thanks for your concern. Ned

Hannan & Partners note Solgold
"...While the de-risking of the project implied by today’s announcement is clearly positive, we had already factored this funding into our model and hence see no impact on our SOTP of 109 GBp/share."
"...FN has also expressed interest in helping to fund the full construction of Alpala through a precious metal stream. "
"... We continue to place a conservative US$75m (~3p/share) valuation on SOLG’s wider Ecuadorean portfolio"

I believe it is only recently they got the permits for drilling the other sites it was mentioned in the zoom thing to the assistant minister when NM asked for urgency with the permits and rhst was during covid. They were only recently released. Ned
