Just wondered if anyone has done a recruitment drive over there.

Do I remember back around 2013 that maxit capital did a hostile takeover ie b.nc's pals with orbis oil which mather owned.
If this is the case and they have history ie they got involved with solgold rhinkingvthey could do the same but the project has been far bigger than anyone rhought. When nick would not play their games they sold up from solgold and bought into cgp rhinking they could play silly b,s that way only it looks like it is rebounding against them.

Perhaps after the 'we need tour vote RNS' he has enough votes to announce the delay to the PFS.

Morning all.
After my last postcover the weekend re Nick and news my further rhought is this

I cannot believe Nick as an experienced MD would leave so much to chance in terms of loosing his job and allowing others sufficient room to oust him. He as we know also has a lot to loose not including his own shareholding.

So I conclude he must be working to a greater strategy. Ftom a personal point of view I just wish (selfishly) things would get a move on as I have to put a deposit down on a house we have seen which will be my last move. GLA Ned

I cannot for the life of me understand why after the recent blitz there is not more coming.

It just seems strange to ask people for their votes and the way to get them voluntarily would be to release the news we know is forth coming.

I voted for the boards resolutions through the ii site except for the pay rises. They can get theirs when we get ours. Ned

Hi. Given the difficulties of acquiring shares yesterday I managed to pick some up today on a 20 day trade.

I have done this alot since the march drop and very pleased with the results. Hopefully it will climb again today late on.

Do I remember that Maxit Capital ie Irwin etc etc take out on a hostile bid the oil company (orbit oil or something) NM had in australia? If that is the case ie they hoped they would do the same again with solg when it was in the 4p days but things have developed since then and perhaps nm saw an opportunity to get his own back. I doubt that things work out like this however as you say revenge is sweet. Ned

The RNS I was referring to was dated 15th sept and starts with clarification. Ned

So if I am correct then the PFS would need to be advised by 17th of november latest. I hate yo add to the confusion but you younger bucks will remember. Ned

I think this is something to do with the error with the MRE3 that was advised. The new doc had to be registered by 31st December and the PFS 45 days before that or something along those lines.
Others with better memories will remember the issue and at the time there was alot of confusion as the relevant RNS was not clearly written.

Somewhat surprised by this as we can still take the other 50m from FN. I thought the 100 was sufficient to complete alpala to PFS,and beyond.
Have we already spent it and have I missed an announcement to say ae want the balance. Ned

I said a while ago that I doubt now that AA were involved that I doubted we would get any results. When did the rainy season end and how long since we REALLY heard anything. It's been sometime.

Now we have a load of buys. Coincidence or AA increasing their holding now Woody has returned to australia and no doubt they have heard the results of some of his work. With big boys there are very few coincidences.
