All this info we were promised. 4 years ago we had dramatic results from Porvenir and since then nothing. The share price may have increased but I ask myself this..how much more with the info we were led to believe we were going to get.

Morning. I like many many others,have no experience of this at all. I guess I hoped that the starting price would be higher given the size and value of the assets.

I sincerely hope you are right as you seem to have the experience in deals like this.

I like many on here am a long term holder, since 2013. Having seen the last 3 twits ousted i had hopes that Dan and Paul were experienced professional appointments. I am a little bewildered why the news we know is there has not been released, the very minimum being the updated PFS with current values. Unless of course they are unable to release it yet!

28 p is woefully low. I have tried to find without success the rns stating the new offer price. I hope that the with holding of news comes down to a defense strategy and i am surprised that both our new appointments could make much more person ally if we opened TAM up and became a producer. I would also have thought that that would be much much better on their CV's.

I wait in hope having been here too long to give up now but i thought thought of £1.64 at the very least which is what the current value of our ASSETS are.

Fort has mentioned Solaris a few times so I thought I would take a look. The shsre price is around 11 cad which is about £5.50 ish sterling.

If this is rhe correct Solaris rgen the disparity is colossal and Solg has some way to go.

What is done not understand is that Solgold has 4 subsidiaries in Equador plus Cascabal.

Why create a new company when you could sell one of the subs which would include Porvenir.

I am like everyone else very frustrated by it all and like other long-term holders have been here since 2012/3. At last I am pleased to see some progress.

What we arm chair generals do not know is how little was done by Scott's 2 predecessor and what he faced when he actually got the job.

I am also realistic to say that no company is going to walk in and pay for work to be done without fully looking at what is involved before putting forward the cash and this takes time.

Equally no engineering company is going to say thst they can do the job without fully looking at what is involved which again takes time. Yes I want a bid but I feel it is unrealistic to expect things to happen without a,proper examination of whst is required.

If anything I blame the 2 guys,who were appointed after Mather stopped and I felt that that was the time for a sale though at my age now I forget how things have unfolded.

At least now there is a,plan now and at least we are being told what is happening. This rns I think is the 4th or 5th one we have had.

Thank goodness we have the cash to do the things that are required and I know that this will take care of the share price in time. Do I like 7p?

Certainly not but at least we are now making progress whether we mine it or sell it. Ned.

I have looked at the updated Solgold Corp Presentation and note on page 13 that Porvenir is listed with 1.4 million tons of copper. From memory they only drilled one hole which was outstanding and caused the share price to rocket around December 2020. They have also listed 11 priority targets of which Porvenir is number 11 however i guess its just a list rather than a numerical target listing.

This probably ties in with the comment of drilling permission [or something] stated earlier this week.

Well having been in here since 2012 I am obviously please rge funding has come through.

Sadly unless there is a bid I see no realnincrease in shsre price unless and until the permissions start to come through.

I have to ssybi read on here that someone had said if no bids comecthroughvthst it will be another couple of years and I sadly no agree with that. I feel there will be plenty of time to buy at these kind of prices and as the boxes get ticked then and only then will the price move.

Another couple of years...oh God! I will be 76 then!

I sincerely hope something happens before rhen otherwise I doubt I will be able to climb in and out of my Porsche!. Ned

I think from memory our nomad (or someone) projected 63p by end of June this year.
