Nice bit of update, although the sale could take place in Feb 2024 so still 9-10 months to go

Feeling quite happy this morning as I managed to bag another 2.5 million shares adding to my existing holding at such a cheap price :-)))

I bought almost another £20k worth of shares just before close, adding whilst it’s still low.

Trust the science, patience is the key here, hopefully the next RNS in 12 days time will propel the share price upwards :-))

Which RNS states the approval for the Sandbox decision will be made by the 11th May?

The Company expects to receive the decision on the Sandbox Application in mid-May 2023 and in the meantime the Company continues to assist the FCA with their panel review of the Sandbox Application.

Another month or so away from receiving a decision on the sandbox application.

Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals plc (LSE: HEMO), the biopharmaceutical group developing new therapies and treatments for deadly blood diseases, is pleased to announce the successful completion of a full set of analytical tests required to verify the quality of the cells manufactured during three Process Qualification ("PQ") runs of the end-to-end process for HEMO-CAR-T production. Each PQ run is an end-to-end process of the manufacture of HEMO-CAR-T cells. The PQ runs were carried out in the Company's current Good Manufacturing Practice ("cGMP") compliant clean rooms. They were followed by analytical release tests that were conducted both by the Company and a third party to ensure that manufactured HEMO-CAR-T cells comply with a set of required quality attributes. Among these attributes are viability, potency and sterility of the manufactured HEMO-CAR-T cells.

The completion of the full set of analytical tests of all PQ runs is the last manufacturing requirement that is necessary for the submission of an Investigational New Drug ("IND") application to the US Food and Drug Administration ("FDA"), which is now in the course of preparation. The IND is needed to obtain authorization from the FDA to commence Phase I clinical trials of HEMO-CAR-T. All PQ runs as well as analytical tests data will be compiled for inclusion in the IND submission pack.

The independent assessment of approximately 1.1Tscf of gross Pmean Contingent Resources for the Chuditch-1 discovery is a major milestone, underpinning the potential commercial viability of the asset and highlighting its attractions to potential future participants in the Chuditch project.

"Following the recent fund-raise we have a well-funded balance sheet for current operations, with current work commitments on both the Timor-Leste and UK P2478 assets largely complete. Our focus now is on assessing the viability of drilling for both a Chuditch appraisal well in Timor-Leste and a Dunrobin West exploration well in the UK."
