When the news comes it will be another RNS stating delays…

How would they know such information that the cheque is in the post unless they saw it being written and posted it out themselves?

Furthermore do you actually believe they will be paid by cheque? Lol

Many deadlines missed, doubtful that money would be paid.

They should have provided an update by this morning as the deadline for receiving the money was set for today.

It’s looking very likely it’ll go above 2.50…exciting times ahead and looking forward to receiving fantastic news which could be just days away now

Some sells went through first thing in the morning that were recorded as buys which pushed the price up and panic buyers rushed in to buy

The £2 million is to be paid by latest tomorrow, it’s not speculation it’s a fact as confirmed via RNS!

When that payment lands with confirmation of receipt first thing tomorrow morning, the share price would most likely be 2p plus and maybe more…

Let’s all be a little patient, the news released previously clearly stated ‘LATEST’ by the 10th November 2023 for the initial payment to be received.

Why the panic selling…the ones that sold will eventually buy back in albeit at a higher price paying additional charges etc

Proventure is required to make an initial interim payment of £2,000,000 (the "Interim Payment") to the Joint Venture SPV (the "JV"). The Interim Payment must be received by latest 10 November 2023, and the consortium's proof of funds has already been provided by Proventure.

Looks like the payment is arriving tomorrow.
