Happy with yesterday’s update, very good progress being made, those that are patient will eventually be rewarded

It’s not unusual for companies and organisations to use social media to keep investors updated, official news as always will come via RNS.

I would take it as a strong hint that Upland are in the running of being granted the licence, hence why they had provided a link on their company x account, and the reasons behind so many bod members stocking up on these low prices feeling very confident of receiving approval.

The next update could well possibly be confirmation of the Licence being granted and this would be released via the official RNS.

There have been a few tr1’s in the last two weeks by a number of buyers most notably directors.

It indicates the companies representatives know this price presents a tremendous opportunity to make vast sums of money with a big return on their investment!

They know significant news for instance being granted the licence would catapult this price upwards.

Altogether there are 15 upstream gas players, so the majority have applied and been approved for licences…

The recent update by upland on their x page last week Thursday maybe a hint that one of the upstream company is upland resources which may explain why so many directors were loading up recently…

Petros’ landmark gas sale agreements a sign of more to come

Sarawak has issued gas retail licences to 13 upstream gas sellers to carry out supply and sales of natural gas in the state.

"Based on the Ordinance, we have appointed Petroleum Sarawak Bhd (Petros) as the sole gas aggregator dealing with transactions, buying, selling, procurement and distribution of gas in Sarawak.

"If there are other parties that want to be involved in gas transactions, especially upstream companies, they must be licensed," he told reporters after the licence handover ceremony here on Wednesday (Aug 7).

He said licence applications from two more upstream companies were currently being processed and should be approved soon.

Petros means business, a sudden RNS would easily catapult the share price back to 3p plus

I wonder with all the recent director buys, was the drop orchestrated in order to let their mates in before releasing ground breaking news that will catapult the price back up…

A director buying an amount costing maybe around £12k isn’t going to instill confidence amongst the share holders…
