I saw some comments made on advfn where somebody posted that there would need to be a referendum in California , before they could approve , and that could be a long drawn process, does anybody know anything more about this.

as I have stated previously , yes I hold here, but I have been on free ride for a while but even then I have taken a lot off the table here until we get news and find out what mellons intentons are here, and we have a clearer picture.

are you for real, missing out on what, I don't ramp or deramp, I say it as it is at the time , as regards what has changed here, as somebody has previously flagged up here ,mellon owns well over 50% here, we have not received received a TR1 after all the initial buying, which would suggest that it is probably mellon increasing his stake, and he could make make a derisory offer to shareholders at any time , with no questions asked , therefore I would say proceed with CAUTION is now the situation here. in theory he could offer4p, 3p, 2p as share and a lot of investors would be out of pocket.

so you think its perfectly fine to try and mislead people by posting false information, as you say 'who cares' , I think you will find a lot people care that information they read is correct., which world do you live in.

we need to know what this mellon is doing, I hope next Rns doesn't say that he is taking Web private and offering shareholders a fraction of true worth, the lack of any TR1 doesn't sit well with me as it shows that it is probably mellon who has been buying and increasing his stake to such a level that he can do what he wants, without any regard for investors here.

of production and MCap of 5m, value will have to come out at some stage, way way undervalued.imo

I think people are waiting till we know what mellon's intentions are, we already know that he owns over 50% of the shares, however in the absence of any TR1s does this mean that he has been accumulating further , and if so what is he planning on doing with the company and its shareholders, will he give us fair value , or will he make a derisory offer with no questions asked , a lot of questions need answers and we are not getting any.
