Jim Short’s latest interview is the usual tissue of lies and half truths, the reason the AIMS share price has collapsed is because Jim failed to deliver on his own IPO plan, he failed to communicate the business progress to the market, he ran out of other people’s money two years ago and has made no progress since. A CEL de-list will not aid the company fortunes, Jim himself is the reason new capital is not forthcoming, his own track record means he is too high a risk. Time for a change, stop the de-list, change the management, change the Company fortunes.

Thanks for nothing Mr A, this delist is J Short’s means of getting under the radar and escaping with his ill gotten gains, but if he fails he’ll have to come to the table with a proper business plan and a credible board. We only need 26% of the vote to stop him, we are nearly there but need the shareholders to do their bit. what now from the worlds worst ceo who has lied about every aspect of the business from the fake veleos production deal to the £40m sales contracts. £30m spent so far and we have no sales, no production and no sign of any ip, promises of funding have been pure fantasy, he has no credible business plan and changes it daily any way. too stupid to see the business potential beneath his nose he now plans to de-list to bury old criminalities and begin new ones, surely those around him must see through the bull**** and tell him he is out of his depth and to bail out before we all drown with him, his only solution now is a dilution bring serious people with actual money to the table and let them take us into safer waters.

RNS 11 June 2025 confirmed new lender had completed their due diligence and so where are the funds. Show us the money Jim, the truth is of course that no individual or institution will lend CEL funds whilst Jim Short is still in control. It is time for Jim to stop this reckless behaviour, accept his fate, be a man and allow serious people to takeover, properly fund the company and drive it forward with a sensible business plan.

We have a CEO clinging onto power, unwilling to share the profits with new investors because dilution means loss of control, unwilling to bring in partners to share the load as he won’t share the profits, he will not advise the shareholders of any real progress because let’s face £30m in, there as been precious little. Mr Short has painted himself into a corner and would rather sacrifice everything rather than give up one ounce of control. The man is a megalomaniac and his empire is crumbling through his grasping fingers.

A naive investor is one that lends money to a lose making company which has no hope of repaying the loan.

As to an offer to buy the company Mr Short has no concept of CEL actual value and his expectations are beyond realistic credibility.

Today’s short term bail out from what must be a very naive individual sufficient to cover only two months losses takes us no where. Promises of funds in the pipe line simply for nothing to materialise are very much the theme from Mr Short, who mislead us all on the Veleos Pharma production deal which despite promises made in Jan 2025 RNS never transpired. It’s time to come clean Mr Short, just how much capital does the company need to get to profit and what is your business plan to take this company forward. I believe Mr Short is clueless, fire fighting, with no hope of raising the funding this company actually needs, indeed his lack of credibility is the obstacle to the company raising capital and if he had any integrity at all he would stand down and let this company flourish under new management.

So where are the promised funds to dig CEL out of this mess, CEO J Short surely can’t expect anyone to fund the company whilst he is still in place with his catastrophic track record. Do the right thing Jim, just go, let someone else with funding takeover and save our bacon.

Spy on Wall is right, CEL CEO is a fraud, these RNS are untrue, surely the Stock Exchange, the Brokers, someone must have an obligation to get to the truth and deal with this man in the courts.

Unhappy shareholders can address legitimate concerns about the CEL directors to either Companies House or Competition and Markets Authority, perhaps questioning the validity of RNS announcements which were clearly untrue. Why is company nearly in liquidation if the Veleos Pharma deal was up and running?

It would seem that CEL RNS in January 2025 confirming the VELEOS pharma deal was up and running was not true and the CEL directors must be investigated for misleading the market and not setting the record straight. J Short has grossly mismanaged the company, dumping the original business plan to build production capacity and pursuing IP development instead, he has now run out of money, it’s shameful. CEL remains to be a viable business but who would invest in a company run by such a fool who won the right to print money and then chose not to do so.

CEL SP being crushed by small AIMs minority shareholders playing casino on their apps, price doesn’t come close to real value of company , Mr Short simply needs to get one of his many IPs across the the line to see price rise 100 times. Funding problems now mostly in rear view mirror, with production capacity for new contracts and NHS trials available, CEL is starting to look like a goer to me.

What we know is CEL has up to four game changing Pharma product IP, pain, autism, one being tested in US and another beta testing down under. We know CEL is looking to franchise its IP, Franchising will negate the need for capital, GW Pharma went for $6.3 billion, they had one product, we also know THC is a real business opportunity for the tobacco industry, just think of the PR CEL would bring them, if anyone is joining the dots out there they will know it’s only a matter of time.

I think Simonpf is on the right lines concerning CEL operational transparency, I would simply add that given historic cash flow woes, it would help if CEL confirmed when the £1.5m per year IP and £4m per year (CEL share) German Sales due from Valeos franchise due 2025 Q1 will actually start to hit the CEL account. Come on JS just the facts please.

CEL should soon be receiving income from its Veleos franchise, rumours are abound that their deadbeat lender may yet come good so funding doesn’t seem to be an issue from here, who knows what to expect in 2025 phase 2 online as CEO has promised, so if CEL does delist it can only because AIMs investors don’t understand pharma and talk down SP making funding a headache, unless of course delisting is part of a greater plan from the enigmatic Mr Short.

So latest deal with Veleos DK seems to form the basis of franchise agreement for Veleos DK to grow and sell Celafon IP and pay Celadon a fee to use their IP. Sounds like a great deal which surely could be rolled out world wide. Profit opportunity for CELADON just skyrocketed.
