Sinosteel, the Chinese state-owned mine engineering group which is to build the mine and ore-processing plant. The remainder of the money required for start-up is to be raised by the Russian and Chinese financial groups, VTB and CITIC.

The market is low. I think for future investments of companies now is the time to invest. Many big companies have went under that should have remained. It's picking the right ones for the future right now when the market conditions are shot with brexit and political uncertainties.

I was thinking the same. This should have shot up on the news. Still way too low.
