I don't think the suspension was a coincidence, AZ is too experienced and knows the ropes.. I see this more as a middle finger the all the trolls and shorters lol. My prediction (was) that the share price would drop after the 2019 accounts (mostly due to lack of understanding of some PI's), which would have been perfect window for the shorters who knew what they were doing.. but then a rerate after the 2020 accounts issued. If he thought the SP should have been doing better and was fed-up with people bashing his company, I wouldn't be surprised if he took away this "Short window" intentionally.

Anyone who thinks SYME isn't going to have revenue (which is frankly laughable), I'd politely suggest that you read through ALL RNS's.. If you do this and still don't conclude SYME will have revenue, despite others providing you a prospective that counters your belief.. Then I think I speak for most when I say; "well fine, just sell then" lol.

Last month while BTC was around just $18k (before taking off), RIOT's Mcap was ~$600m... I think that says a lot..

You cannot compare our SP to RIOT's, that's misleading.. You can however scale up our MCap to around the same as RIOT's, to give you an idea of what our SP would be if we were valued the same.

I don’t post here too much but I just want to say good luck to all who are in this. I think we’ll soon be going past the point of no return with the SP and into a bright 2021 :) To those LTH who bought in on the spike around Aug/Sept and have perhaps averaged down since (or not), big well done for holding your nerve! As a great investor once said; it’s not about timing the market but time IN the market that really counts (can you guess who?).

Robert & Kanak - A few people have been confused over this, so you're right to seek clarification. What it means is that if the SP is on or above 0.6945p by end of the year; Orchestra Group (i.e. AZ) has the OPTION to buy 630,000,000 shares for £1.1m.. If you do the math this works out to be 0.17p a share.

Everyone has their own investment strategies. But I've always found that if you do your research and you're confident in your investment, it's a good time to buy when others are panicking over a dip in SP. It does take some balls to do this at times, but honestly the amount of times I've done this and came out well off is crazy! I know we're heading up now so some may think this is irrelevant, just something to bear in mind for future - I've been in this since August (after the spike), initially buying in for ~0.7 and since averaged down to 0.5p :) I think the only way is up now with coming news etc, but if we do start to slip again at any point, I'll be one of those hoovering up the shares. A strong long IMO (lol), DYOR of course.

...The more I’m loading up :) A lot of people moaning on here because of the dip, but look where we are in the life of the company and the information we already know. If your investment strategy is “make a quick buck”, then unless you time it right with the (inevitable) big news, you’re likely not going to do too well. If however, you’re prepared to be somewhat patient, then this is a great investment! Metaphorically, plant the seed and watch your investment grow :) IMHO and of course, DYOR. It’s nice to see people come out on top, so good luck everyone.

Thanks MT. I’m anticipating it’ll go through as is, so I’ve decided to jump ship. Could end up being the wrong move, but I can’t complain either way with the profit I’ve made here. I’ve been doing a lot of research on other oilies recently - JSE best I’ve seen so far; at 77p looking hugely undervalued (in my opinion). Could be worth you guys doing your own research and checking out - I’m sure once this all goes through many will be eyeing up other oilies with their new crock of gold

I like most of you am hoping for a counter offer, or in-fact a no deal (which I can’t see).. but I’m not sure about the timeline. Do any of you know the outright date when it will be certain whether or not Vario will be buying us out? I’m eyeing up reinvestment plans already but don’t want to jump ship too early. EUA looking pretty hot for gains over the next 12months!
