Well, if we do get an RNS in the morning, and as you say that would be two in a row now, it would certainly beg the question of how somebody would know when RNS's are being logged for specific companies...

Surely being in cahoots with the nomads is divulging inside information, even if it is as simple as, an RNS has been logged, without the detail.

The much more likely explanation would be that he/she knows somebody who's altered their TR-1 holdings by a notifiable amount and has been informed by said person.

The Uncrossing Trade at 11am was at 136, it meaningless really, the real SP is still the mid of the bid and ask.

Really enjoyed Ben's webinar tonight, leant a lot about this company and suffice to say it's now further DD time for me. I particularly like that, to boot, the board has 20% of the issued share capital.

Yes, that's a fair comment Framelie, I am negative on the immediate term of the SP, but I'm not short, I'm still invested here. I sensibly took most off the table in the 150's as it had v clearly got ahead of itself.

That said, I don't wish to be considered a de-ramper and this is still a phenomenal company to hold if that's your strategy.

I forgot to add, and I'm sure you can see for yourself, the chart is also pointing to a move straight from bear trap to bull trap, a MM special. The fundamentals of this business are solid, but the technicals could catch some out if not careful. Again, DYOR

I pitched the same question here earlier today, but it would seem there is no reasoned explanation for it. It is however, very strange price action which is what lead me to significantly de-risk here over the last two sessions.

Here's a link to some quick analysis on the technical aspects of the price action since listing. It would appear to me that the buys v sells activity over the last two sessions, coupled with the breakout on the chart, point to the next period of consolidation.

I'm three quarters out now for the same reasons, will fully re-invest once we see a healthy pull back. It's been a great run!

Re-reading my last comment, it sounded rather de-ramper(ish), which to be clear it wasn't meant to sound that way, just trying to understand the price action.

Yes I agree to a point, some trades do get recorded incorrectly, has happened to me many times, but it's never so far out as to be double the sells v buys. I set a 10% or so allowance for that as it's a given really with the system in use for recording it. Double sells v buys in theory could be more like 75%-85% more sells. It's interesting that the MM's are taking it higher to collect more shares, it could be a bull trap I guess since nothing goes up in a straight line. That's 5 consecutive days of gains, 64% up now, let's see what the rest of the week brings.

Double the shares sold than bought, was the same yesterday, so why is the price going up?

This is an outstanding long term hold, that being said it's still a stock and it's at the top of it's channel so I've sold half and will put the funds straight back in once it pulls back a bit. Been in here since 62p and don't intend on leaving until £5-£6 which I'm targeting by the end of '23, early '24 on current developments.

That's a silly video. The concept of breaking down a companies financials like that will only ever make sense if you understand the business. He should try reading some of the target company's RNS's prior to filming so that he understands what he's talking about. Then again he's only got a few hundred subs so I'm sure he'll get better with time.

AQSE do accept cash shells, but have said they’ll only except them in select circumstances when they have a particularly unique or promising offer. This is why the SP shot up 30% on the news. Very strange to see that the application has been withdrawn on the day they were due to list.

I’ve said my piece now so that’s exactly what I intend to do, I’ve far better things to be getting in with anyway.

I tried to warn the people at BRH too when it was pumped up to £1.30 but nobody would listen. Lo and behold, TB then started selling and the PI’s have been left high and dry.

The same will happen here but this will be last message on the matter.

To be clear I feel really sorry for you all. I got stung at RMS and lost £30k to TB’s pump & dump antics. Everyone that’s trying to encourage others to buy here are only doing so, so that they can sell out at whatever their break even price is.
This is dead duck with TB at the helm, the only winner will be TB and PI’s will be left high and dry, just like with every share he’s been involved with.
