The AA is a good company with a profitable future.16 Nov 2020 15:32
I also work for the AA as a patrol and yes the AA has it's faults, but on the whole it is a good company to work for and it will have a bright future. The AA has always done well in a recession as people tend to keep their current vehicles and scrimp on servicing, resulting in more breakdowns.
Morale is a bit low with patrols at the moment, but that is mainly Covid related issues, which will pass in the next financial year. The AA have weathered the Covid storm very well and have tried hard to support staff as best they could, taking the financial situation into account.
James Bond is clearly as disgruntled ex/employee and most of what he says is clearly worded to damage the company! The tools we are given are suitable for their purpose and the environment we work in. There would be a hell of a lot of Snap-on tools being left at the roadside, if we were given these! Lol.
The AA is a strong brand which people trust, I believe it is easily worth 100p a share at the moment, if not a lot more.
