Surface conductor and casing already done 3 weeks ago using the the Tanz.Govt (DDCA)Water Ministry's Water rig😉 , whilst they were waiting for rest of equipment to arrive.

Noble's Drillmec rig repaired and undergoing final integrity testing. Spud on Thursday from looks of it.

Thanks Skittish for the great work you do. The long lead items and BoP are most likely on the Bohwa Tsingtao , maybe the Heavy Industry Logistics site (HiLOG) will post some pics of the BoP and the Koomey unit next to Nobles rig being unloaded?.

@Skittish. Would also like to add, the major road, Tanzam Highway/route from Dar to Rukwa is much better as far as I know than the one He1 took, so hopefully should reach there quicker.

Searching through the drillers forums on Facebook and by chance came across jobs advertised by Prodrill/Zenith Energy, Aberdeen for drillers and toolpushers for immediate starts in East Africa , I'm assuming its for He1? Advertisement date 3rd August (the senior drilling supervisor position has already been filled apparently). If it's the Scottish drilling crews then we're in very capable and experienced hands, hopefully.

Agree, their ship is going full steam ahead. It wouldn't surprise me at all if Noble end up drilling at the exact same time as us! Or even just before
