Yes, standard reply, legally didn't commit to anything liable , massive caveat in the response, I think they know they are outside the ball park here, if they truly belive what they stated i think they would be fools to take this forward, further down the line they will be in a whole lot of trouble. I think, just my opinion, and I would be over the moon to be proven wrong, but this is the biggest Ruze yet, a simple tactic to avoid conflict, seek legal advice , and avoid investigation, in the meantime shareholders have taken their foot of the pedal. If I was these guys legal council , based on the facts they lost the recent vote, this would be my advice. Duffins mate down McDonald's probably made an offer of £1 foe the whole company, they then use this as a time stopper.

It will not materialise, there will be no legitimate investor. If there was , you sure as hell would of heard by now. All this will end up with these individuals needing to go to the court to liquidate.

Then we will get are opportunity, expect another general meeting to be called for August. Its all over in terms of getting any value here.

On recent developments, all was false , misleading information. They made zero deals not one. That's the only fact.

Latest rubbish to try and defuse the heat coming his way. Don't get taken in. If there was an investor you would of heard long before 3:40pm the day before the general meeting where he had questions to answer.

Alot of wishful thinking, I would like this to be true. However the board have zero ability to bring any products to market. We have zero products, we have no cash, no competive personal at the help, no commercial revenue.

Simply the board knew they lost the vote, probably the legal team need more time, just a delay tactic and an excuse to get another months salary in the back pocket for liquidating a company. The nerve of these individuals is unbelievable. These guys are knee deep in trouble here , on the wrong side of the law. Media channels need to cover this story, pandemic theft. Did they ever have a product for market?? Looks very unlikely. Just pocketing free cash from shareholders. Not one deal, one product to market, inside trading, shady deals, false communications, false and misleading statements, no management reviews, broken section 10 promises and a lot of cash missing.
