I have a folder full, direct emails, nominated advisor comments , promises after promise, better late than never deals on social media, and of course the bigger boat.

That's the next step, first is they are going to need to apply to the court to wind up, they will never get shareholder approval, that will help get some exposure on the truth here.

I second this. I think we have a very good media story here to present. Shareholders have been lied to and swindled by a university lecturer. They have not provided any evidence to shareholders to challenge this narrative.

Shareholders should jointly go to the media and get some coverage on this.

More coverage on this the better. FCA complaints, media could cover this story how thousands were swindled by a university lecturer and fake CEO spinning fabricated stories and misleading investors for personal gain, at the cost of millions of pounds for the victims.

Seriously the more light thrown on this the better , I have an email from the nominated advisor stating the company was not bankrupt, among many more email communication misleading statements from the company.

Vote against - get these boys in the limelight. How Nottingham Trent have not stepped in here and suspended Gareth Cave is a huge mystery, he is potentially going to be facing fraud charges.

Slowly, slowly, here ... Directors have 100% breached many rules of AIM. They should be in jail, Gareth Cave was the biggest fraudster for sure , then the pupet master Mark took the biscuit. Confident he would sign several agreements in December.

Shareholder would of exited with a huge loss had they been truthful, the facts were Mark promised deals, Cave pumped tweets of bigger boats, the company tweeted better late than never deals. The nominated advisor sent emails of every confidence in Mark, confirmed the company was not bankrupt, what changed in four weeks?

Huge traction , volz etc.. you play the game you roll the dice , granted. Shareholders have learned the hard way, unfortunately for the directors involved here, they will lose all their personal assets, the legal advice they have used shareholders money on will never wash. Any decent persons knows right from wrong... alot of wrong here, shareholders were promised gold, on numerous occasions. I was informed the company was not bankrupt, informed lots going on, every confidence in Mark, I asked for directors performance reviews, updates on why section 10 was abused, updates on why Gareth Cave continously posted bigger boats, better late than never deals.

Every dog has his day, shareholders will never get their money back, its gone, however cave and Mark Duffin will be stripped of everything they own. Legal fees collectively between shareholders will be peanuts, these guys are deep under water here. Not today, not tomorrow, however in two years time they will be finished and looking at jail time.

I don't like the comments in relation to direct health and bad feeling, however you make your bed you lie in it simple. Mark Duffin & Gareth Cave are equally guilty of never fronting up, never taking shareholders on board, why ?? Because they are stupid people, we were stupid to invest in stupid people.

Gareth Cave & Mark Duffin are dangerous people, at one point Marks Duffins son was on this board claiming everything would be fine and dandy.

Stealing is stealing, people have lost a fortune here , not being able to front up , face what you did makes people more upset.

Actions / consequences - grow some balls , pit your big boy pants on and front up, people's lives have been ruined here , for goodness sake man up!

I have many communications from the company and the advisor stating volz have everything they need, " full confidence in Mark" promised direct communication with the director on several occasions that never materialised, even on the 16th April they sent the copy paste email of optimistic .

If I was Mark Duffin & Gareth Cave I would be very concerned about my personal assests.

Regardless of all that, I just wanted to apologise, you were correct, you did try to safeguarding the community here. I also made a disclosure to the company in regards to the behaviour of the directors ain the interest of the public health & safety, I even sent it to Dunbelo Law there representation as I was concerned the public would lose money here through false statements and damage health. What shocked me more is the company or the lawyers took any notice of the disclosure, they acknowledged it, but did nothing. That in its own merit is liable.

On reflection you can see on LinkedIn employers were told weeks ago they had lost there jobs. All suddenly started new jobs this morning. So how this was allowed to trade this morning has further questions. More evidence of AIM reporting not followed.

So if employers knew, and started new jobs today, who else was it leaked to? Stinks.

Hurricane had debt, Nanosynth are debt free. Hurricane had some dark dealings , but were held to account , shifted and back on track.No administration here, will turn around or total **** shop.But I can't see , my opinion , that happening, closed doors going on here. Reality is this turns round.

If it was adminstration it would of been done 6 weeks ago. It looks more positive than 4 weeks ago.

Products were good, unfortunately the men at the helm have been shameful at best. Unfortunately I didn't know they were crooks and were running down cash.. question is where they put it. One daily mail advert doest cost millions. More to my suprise cave has let people down in his home community , talk about dumping on your own door.
