No the posts on here are not responsible for this. this reserve is the largest in the world. Even with all the money they owe its worth a fortune. If you figure this out please tell me Im dying to know. I spent a long time trying to figure this out. More twists and turns like no bodys business. Im serious if you figure it out tell me its killing me.

Because they dont deliver. This share facinates me since I lost alot of money on it 8 years ago. I check in every now and again to see if Ive missed the boat. Its always the same. Delay delay. They do have a JV partner now thats progress....then more delays. By the fundamentals of this share you should all be very rich.THE LARGEST ON SHORE SHALE RESERVE IN THE WORLD. THIS on its own should do it. What on earth is going on here? Facinating.

I am not experienced in this situation either. This should be a simple case of dilution and maths. I dont know if anyone will be fast enough for panic selling. Aims is not like the ASX or the LSE it is a submarket with no regulation. If you are like me you would not have heard of it before. We have so many shares on our side we have to cause dilution. My partner is not concerned as we got them at 0.001 of a cent he is transferring across. I have studied this share for many years.....and for me to go is the right one. Let me be clear I have been wrong before. I think you should go now and buy again once it is done....be safe...there is still time. Im going now to watch this from a distance. Goodluck. By the way AIMS appears to be filled with people who pay below minimum wage and massive environmental polluters not good company to keep. Im sure if I dug deeper ide find more companies from hell but I just want to get on with my life now.

Sorry for replying late I have sold everything I have at a loss. I am so suprized that I didnt know of this markets existance.
If you are over exposed on this share I suggest you sell before we get pushed over onto your market. There will be a chance to buy in again after we come across well not me but the 2 billion shares of dilution. To be safe. Aims does appear to be the wild west. I have been looking at some of the companies on AIMS some good some not. I have always wanted to understand this share and it is amazing just because I admire something doesnt mean you should stay get out now. This is a very imporant resource get out now. Thanks for the information I will read it.

It doesnt matter if we dump - which I have this morning. Our share price is very low. That side of things will not affect your side. Your side appears to be holding. I wish you all well for the future you have better nerves than me. Ive taken a hit of half my money and Im releived to be out. Sorry I repeated myself so much. Just a bit freaked out I never knew it existed. I have researched that market a bit now. On monday I will be selling if they are transferring over legally it shouldnt happen immediately and hopefully there will be some buyers at 0.001 of a cent. That gas feild is the largest of its kind it is very important....and Im afraid I think much more important of any of us. Thankyou so much for answering my questions appreciated. I looked up the announcements and if Im reading it correctly your side was always the AIMS market and not the LSE?
And all of the major shareholders are on AIMS?
Please correct me if I am wrong. Im just dumbfounded I missed this.

I think someone said the AIMS market in the UK is linked to the AIMS market in Australia. Am I interpeting this correctly?

sorry this might be irratating i have already posted this. Has this share on your side only ever been listed on AIMS. Trying to get my head around things. I had no idea this market even existed. And Ive been trading for about 11 years. HAVE you guys always been listed on AIMS and only on AIMS. Also there is an AIMS list for major shareholders is this the same market?

Does this share trade only on the LSE or has it always just been listed on AIMS on your side?

One of the posters were saying that most of the shares are listed on AIMS anyway.
This blows my mind Ive never heard of this before.
Australia appears to have an AIMs market of our own. I no longer think we may be transferred accross. This is all new to me. I will wait till monday. Have a good weekend.

Still dont really understand what AIMS is. A submarket?? With less rules. Australia has an Aims market we will probably be going there. I had no clue this even existed and you could be sent there...whereever that is. Ill wait till Monday.

Before I panic you - we can not sell on your side at all at the moment. And if the worst does happen I guess it would be a good chance to accumulate before the JV which Im 99percent sure will happen. Wishing you well

The problem is our share price is 0.002 and yours is 10 pence. if they push us over we will sell our shares and destroy the share price if you guys havent panicked by then and we transfer across and panic selling going on everywhere. I dont think we even have to pay tax on another share market.....I am unsure of this we may have to still pay tax. What I am hoping for is they pay us the tiny amount our shares are worth and everyone gets on with their lives. The UK side and the Aus side if thrown together will be in a frenzy to get out. I wish us all the best outcome they offer to buy our shares back. it wont cost them much and leaves your side in order. None of us will win if they push us across. I could be wrong I have been many many times before. Sorry if I was unclear with what I said. Basically all of us destroying each other is pointless. Im hoping just to get my money back and for you guys to survive. Like I said Ive been wrong before.
