Rather high volume again yesterday. In the last update they said the sale should complete at the end of the 3rd quarter so it could be anytime in the next two weeks.
Rolls Royce were up over over 5% today after their sale completed although they are up less now and I also don't know how much of that 5%+ was because they went down so much yesterday.
Time will tell.

A bank can be robbed WITHOUT anyone getting caught.
But, someone is only found guilty of insider trading once it has been proven someone did it.

The trade prices were well bellow the bid prices at the time.

Very strange, there seems to have been two separate sales of 1,433,000 (£2m) each.

I usually check londonstockexchange.com for up to date RNS's and the like. I have noticed it takes time for this site to be updated.
Jokes aside about the Director buys, there has been some very strong buying today.
I wonder if the sale is about to complete?

Holding up well today compared with some other stocks.
Somethings seems a foot.
Then again, I'm usually wrong.

No one is tucking anything away.
It was mentioned in the last update too.
They referred to he litigation 3 times in this update.
It was addressed webcast too.

Much more likely to be the court case Barny mentioned.

It's not an "Underperform" or a "Sell" so it's not a downgrade.

I sold all my PFC and put it into Wood in May.
Wood has fallen more than PFC since then so might not have been the best choice but that may change when the sale completes towards the end of next month.
It would only take a big contract win for one to leapfrog over the other.

Too many people focusing on the short term share price rather than longer term potential.
