Crazy money fine. I guess it just means more money for lawyers and all, supporting the gravy train.
Surprised theres not a bigger drop here.
Tbh berkely better off not building as government will always find a way to delay it. Nuclear just doesn't have much support anywhere in europe, even though its maybe a good medium term option.
These large legacy debts are crippling the company, and could force it into administration.
At least by buying cerp assets it has given people who want out a chance to sell. At a loss, but not a complete loss.
I sold a chunk a while back to reduce my exposure here and have just left the rest in.
I took that risk so on me. If p1 had been successful I'd have bought a house in cash by now. It wasn't, so I haven't :)
Skier a market cap of over 4 billion means Jmat is not tiny.
Jmat don't have to produce hydrogen, just have the ip for hydrogen system parts and catalysts.
Interesting that the share price has remained so stable after the first 15 mins of trading. Almost as if its controlled.
Momoni selling on rews is risky to buy back in. In this case would have worked.
History shows better just to hold for most people.
My own dilema was whether to buy more in 30's range or sell at 40's and buy back in. Either way it would not look as nice percentage wise on my share account. I sat on my hands.
Hope you are right Claire about sell-up going ok.
Desoc: To me looks like ceo is stepping down as he took the wrong turn - nothing wrong with trying out new things - it just became unfeasible. Not many could have predicted electric taking off so wildly, and so big a climate change agenda.
Jmat have a lot of IP in other areas, and while catalytic converter business will fade, it they work hard, they can evolve.
If the battery sell-out goes well and they get a good foothold on hydrogen market they could do well.
Battery sell-out may well depend on if anyone wants a battery factory in poland, at the size and layout they are building.
The licence wasn't totally factored in beforehand, but I think a lot are now factoring in a share dilution and are selling hoping to time a re-entry.
Aim is aim. Never quite know whats around the corner - though more times than not, its a ri :) Thats why they are here, and why we are called investors.

Leaky tap re rns yesterday!
If the BoD can turn this around in the next two years, they deserve their salaries.
A lot of negatives atm, but if the company can survive theres a good entry point here somewhere. Lost money here on paper but it certainly was interesting and learned a bit from it.
We all mostly invested here hoping for a good p1 result. If we had wanted to play it safe we could all have invested in an oil major instead.

Cane: Rogue trader video link above. Maybe not detailer enough for some, but he knows more than me!
Can be hard to merge everything. If you change too much too fast, it can do more damage than good.
Someone on youtube did an (imo) unbiased review of tekmar which was quite good - basically said it was potentially a good company, but not without risk.
The issues with previous installations could still crop up (whether they are the installer's fault or Tekmars). Plus supply chain issues, price of materials atm I am sure are a headache for ceo.
“Initial stage of review concluded in November 2020 which set out objectives and a roadmap to reorganise the business to deliver increased integration efficiencies across the Group and a reduced cost-base which is better aligned to the current market environment”
Bought some as a profitable company. Am in boohoo also. As someone mentioned, asos now has same market cap as boohoo but has double the revenue. Hoping close to bottom here.
Am assuming ceo going is main reason for sp crash as supply issues are across the board and surely have already been factored in.
