That's surprising good point big boys will probably want to copy, but they would still have to do some clinical trials even though this could be used as a predicate device. My guess is that would still be a minimum of 2 years before they can product to market.

I'm surprised that CG were caught unaware of the new requirements. Let's hope they can get this right.

My guess is that CG will have to jump through the FSA hoops and prove compliance to the new rules. For products that are already on the market there may be a grace period until compliance can be obtained.
What is surprising is that CG did not know new rules were coming into force and therefore did not take any steps to protect the business.

I have read the 16th August RNS, I am wondering if the agreement with CMH is an exclusive agreement? Or would CMH be able to supply the same or similar product to other companies?
