Does anyone know what the repocusions (if any) would be for the excecutive board of MOS if this RTO application were not to go through? IE what happens to all the money? (If all those rather ambiguous 'unknown' trades were in fact buys then there is a substantial amount of money floating around from us investors.

Is it a case of 'I'm alright Jack' got my bonus and I'll just take a board seat onto the next company.

Legitimately curious to know.

Can't say this is looking hopeful guys. The lack of updates and time dragging a long is frankly disturbing.

Plus there are no repocations if this doesn't go through to the execs right? They just walk away with our money right?

According to sources online an RTO should be completed within 30 days due to the lesser legalities involved in the takeover. 3 months max. Are we expecting an update this month then? Or have we been fleeced by the usual suspects

I hope it isnt over i have a 1 million shares but i just dont see anything happening. I reckon the Execs have fleeced this one i'm afraid.

Sheephatch - It's a big 'IF' but that why we are all here. Let's see. My only concern is our OPEX cost and how long we can sustain ourselves without striking Gold or Oil.

Legit question here. How do we or why do we assume that all those large 'uknown trades' in the recent months weren't infact sells ahead of the news of the RTO and 'temp' de-listing?

I am more and more convinced that this is dwad under water. The unknown trades were massive sell offs following a 1000% increase and now everyones pockets have been lined up it is goodbye suckers. Dirty dirty game this is.

The truth is may be likely relist but at a reduced price so not a good outcome really.....

I had a really vivid dream that this company creeped up to 0.15 rather soon before then absolutely super surging beyond belief x5. (not saying that will happen) but the last vivid dream I had like this was with Mobile Streams over a year ago and one only has to see their huge surge. lets see but personally I think we are invested in a company that has more possibility to surge up then topple. patience is the key.

Jackdee - I think it is unlikely we would see a delisting of MOS especially due to the further growth potential this company has in the iGaming, Licensing & Digital Platform space and with their low operating costs being a SAAS platform.

But...that being said AIM companies can be ruthless and Execs only caring about lining up their own pockets. This is the game we are in momentum is primarily built on speculation. There has also been an assumption that all the large end of day trades we saw were buys but they were rather covertly labelled as 'unknown trades'

Above statement tells you everything you need to know. payable in MOS shares as the closing price on 27th March. So very unlikely to see a significant drop upon re-listing.

This is brilliant news bigger mcap, aquired business and further growth ahead.

Tempted to sell. Frankly the lack of visibility is off-putting.

Changing name is one thing but keep shareholders in the loop and able to see their investment and trades.

Looks like this company has gone bust. Still not able to see or sell my shares in my ISA. Very odd.

Bought GBP through Barclays Smart Investor ISA and no longer see a buy or sell option. This happened once before to me and that company had gone into Administration. Not looking good :/
