It's odd how regardless of how many 100s of thousands of pounds gets invested in Arb daily and buys always higher then sells that this has no influence on the share price rising and they still need to constantly dilute shares to keep there HODL. I have a sneaky suspicion that Arb are using the money from investors to pay salaries while still diluting further and holding Bitcoin. I also feel like they have no intention of listing on Nasdaq yet as the hype carries more weight then if they did list.

They have definitely got the better end of the deal. If the trials flop they still walk away quids in. Vela need it to be a success and revenue to surpass 19.2 million before getting a piece of the pie.

Under the terms of the agreement, SGS will pay Vela 8% of proceeds received by SGS in excess of GBP19.2 million.

Vela will pay GBP2.4 million to SGS, where GBP1.1 million will be satisfied by the issue of 1.10 billion new shares in Vela at 0.065 pence each.

I would imagine SGS will sell and be gone. 30% profit fron their issue price isnt bad at all.

The size of the raise doesnt mean squat. Pharma companies always need millions to negate through the stages of drug approval and if it fails they will just rinse out the cash pot and leave and so it repeats itself.

I must admit Q-sphera looks promising but without having any industry knowledge and all the processed processes surrounding clinical trials/processes it really is binary the outcome.

I have a modest amount in here but cant say im best pleased with the recent 50% drop. We could be months and months away before we get back to 40s,50s.

Does anyone know how Argo plan to pay of this loan? 'Bitcoin as collateral' we all know they won't use anyone of their precious Bitcoin so a future share dilution again?

I sure do hope something comes through with Vela's £2.35million investment to SGS. It is an all your eggs in one basket scenario with a binary outcome though :/ - Revenue from SGS needs to exceed £19million for Vela to have its piece of the pie. SGS have the advantage as regardless they can sell their 9% stake in Vela and already are in profit.

Hardly breaking through with its wonderful technolog.
