The market seems to be telling us this might just go for a bit more than 0.25p.. maybe 0.5p. Let's see where this goes.
Maybe it's just an opening offer though and maybe it'll go for a higher valuation than just £4m.. FFS, Rolls Royce or BA or someone like that could have picked it up at that price and actually had a potentially valuable asset instead of some vulture fund hoovering it up for lose change.
Interesting though that when the price did crash a few weeks ago it went to around 0.25p... coincidence? Sellers in the know above that price have made a killing in the last week..
So it turns out the 'smartest guys in the room', the guys buying 1m/2m/4m chunks must have heard there was an offer on the table.. nearly 200m shares churned in a week.. maybe they misheard that the offer was 2.5p per share though.. either way, like the rest of us, they've been royally Wareborned..
Game over man...
Mmmmmm
Old news
It needs to break above 0.76p/0.77p (trend lines) and we could be off to the races.. 0.83p and 0.93p (50 MA) the next key targets.
Another 1.3m at 13.37 (split again).. Maybe the big size sellers are the ones who have disappeared, maybe fearing the rumours etc.. so this guy is having to be more patient and take smaller chunks.. fun and games #casino
Our first £10K / 1.3m chunk (split in to 3) went through just after 1pm at 0.756p..
Tumbleweeds.... Maybe that last 6.7m was the last of his order, just got it done at whatever price (sweeping up to 0.9p in the process)... No big 1m+ chunks so far today, it might take some news now to shift it upwards if the big buyers have disappeared..
We could be bull-flagging again, the upside target would be 1.30p
MMs taking the P now, dropping the bid to 0.65p. the spread is 30% right now..
* an 0.8p BID would be a good start..
This buyer must have amassed 60m+ shares at this stage over the last week, a chunky investment in a 'dying' company.. if not more.. There has been 185m shares traded in the last week. That alone should trigger a 'change in holding' RNS, in the next week or two, should tell us who's been buying/selling. Maybe Ruffer have had second thoughts and got back in.. Or maybe it was Landsdowne piling yet more cash in to this, averaging down on a terrible average price on their millions of shares.. Or given Davidovich/Abramovich held 55m shares, maybe he has finally pulled the plug and bailed (news this week on Abramovich might have triggered a firesale?) If Abramovich is out, that is good news, as I know banks have been reluctant to touch them because of 'legacy ownership issues'..
MMs teeing it up nicely, keeping the bid low for this guy to come in and start snapping up his £10K chunks around 10.30-11am. the trendline resistance/support is sort of holding for now around 0.73p. Potential H&S pattern developing on the shorter timeframes though, with a dip to 0.55p a possibility. It needs to get back above 0.83p to keep the momentum going, an 0.80p would be a good start..
Our buyer got out the hoover there and took many chunks of 1m/£10K buys.. managed to pick up around 10m more shares in about 20 mins..
I guess after a 200% run-up some decided to take some cash off the table.. understandable..
Stop-hunt tree-shake going on.. Looks like they want to try to retest the downtrend channel we broke out of to see if it holds.. eyes on the 0.74p level..
50m shares traded again, 150m over the last 4 trading days..
Break of 1p predicted for around 3.30pm according to my modelling.. :-)
If you played the symmetrical triangle breakout from earlier, you'd be up nearly 25% in a matter of hours. Kerching.
I think the fact we have this big buyer (or many by the looks of the volume) suggests something has actually changed... something is afoot for sure. Might be just the market-makers being asked to pull it up to 2p so they can do another fund-raise..
They're not listed as an exhibitor on the website for the conference. That's not to say they won't be there pitching for backing etc..
