Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Someone wants out and is selling millions of shares well below the placing price now. All those buying in the placing are going to be under water at this rate. Maybe someone is trying to create an air of panic to get weaker hands to bail out cheaply. On the flip side someone else is buying big chunks from the seller, someone is happy to keep buying it. Let's get the placing out of the way and see where the dust settles. It has performed well at the turn of the year in the past.
Market makers went on a stop hunt on a thin Friday afternoon.
Getting back above 9.74p would also take us back on to the uptrend it had been working its way up since Tuesday's lows.
50 SMA on the hourly holding it back for now, it's sloping downwards still after the fall to the lows, so it's capping the rise and actually lowering the resistance a little every hour.. we now sit at 9.71p. If we can just get above it we should be off to the races.
That makes no sense whatsoever. Filling large orders with 15 and 50 and 100 lots?
More likely to be algos fishing around for where the liquidity is.
Well, didn't take long to tag the 9.83p level, met some resistance there, but that might not last long now it's got its mojo back..
We've returned to being a £100m market cap, which will hopefully stem the sells and increase the buys as these funds carry on buying in to green stocks. We could start to see FOMO kick in now from those that wanted to buy in around 7p (was never going to get there with the support at 8-8.40p, worried they're going to miss the next leg higher.. You can almost see it in the chart..
Next obstacles to note - 9.83p (50SMA on hourly), then 10.10p (support/resistance line from last week) and 10.25p (9 day SMA and 23.6% retracement of the move from recent high to low). The weekly candle is already looking a lot better, 10.41p+ would turn it green and would be very nice indeed.
We're bouncing around the 20 SMA (middle of the BB) around 8.96p, a close above would be positive, but if not, and there is the same level of buying interest tomorrow, we could see it gap open above it and carry on climbing. There is support coming from the 200SMA on the hourly at 8.60p, but the 50SMA on the 4-hr charts has capped it at 9.28p and the 20SMA (mid on BB) on the hourly charts is also providing resistance at 9.08p. If we can clear this resistance, next levels to watch are 9.71p, 10p and 10.50p, with 11.08p and 12.23p further targets.
Knowing this stock, it probably means news is coming in the next few days...
..and they matched it down again..
After shooting up to the top of the channel I mentioned about a month ago around 16.5p, they've marched it all the way back down to the bottom of the channel around 8.40p, with a spike lower, false breakout to boot. It has found strong support there it seems and is now starting to climb away from the support line with decent volume. Maybe this seller is done, who knows, but it looks like we might have found our bottom..

someone wants millions of shares all of a sudden, almost a million in those big chunks above and they keep coming
by tomorrow, of course I meant Friday, forgot it was only Wednesday today :/
12.38p is a crucial level to watch, was the closing price last Friday. If we can get above it and close above it tomorrow that will be a very positive weekly close considering the turbulent week we've had. Will make a nice weekly candle, either a giant spinning top or even a bullish green one continuing last week's surge. 12.38p was roughly where we saw it stop just now, so they are obviously some out there keen to defend it and keep it below it (also could be some just putting up sell orders where they see a key price level to take some profit). Of course there is the flip side and if we close below 12.38p, we could have a red bearish candle and might signal further retracement next week. Just need the bid to stay strong here around 12p and we should be good.
8% down to 12% up, well played lads, well played.
They're HUNGRY again today... must be news coming, THEY always know before the rest of us. 13p a legit target now to start with.
We had our little pull-back to test the downtrend support around 11.42p, a 'kiss-yo-momma' and away we go.. just a little later than I expected, but looking good now.
For now, looks like they're trying to break out of the downtrend.. looking a bit healthier again. Well done to the Market Makers in sucking over 20m shares out of weak hands in the last 2 days.
with the passing of time, we're starting to break above the downtrend now, which sits around 11.60p. We might push up to 12p, then pop back to 'kiss yo momma' at the trendline and then power away from it towards 13p
