Just how low will it go? I still think this company has a very good future, just wish i hadn't bought in so early.

Micksnags, a truly pathetic and puerile comment. I am pretty sure it was a sell as sp dropped by more than 6%. A buy that large would have had the very opposite effect, only someone mentally ******ed would think differently.

i guess the 45 million trade was a sell and not a buy as the price has dropped dramatically instead of increasing.

This company knows exactly what it is doing, it wants to remain on The London Stock Exchange and it is currently strengthening the company at the expense of the shareholders! I am on the way out having sold nearly �20,000 worth of shares since January, down to my last �2000 now. You must do what you think best but I think I have been taken for a ride.

We get relatively good news and the price drops to lowest ever! Still we have had news and now we know that dave is still on the case at least thats something. Will hang on in a little longer.

contra- I am probably ridiculously far out on my figures but I had to reply to your assertions, do you really expect them to take out all the profits?

Contra- I am not completely ofay with the figures involved but given a cost of extraction in the order of �750 per ounce and a sales price near �950 per ounce then 140,000 ounces looks like a gross profit of 28 million per annum. Am i wrong? If I am in the right ball park surely you are suggesting that the management are going to take out that sum for management and machinery costs are you? I suspect my figures are way of the mark, i really leave that to others, comments or corrections anyone?

I don't actually see the problem. Yes the loan is over a period of but a period when hopefully the very much improved gold mined will amply pay for it. Any time machinery is purchased there are going to be these costs, you make make omelettes etc. Yes the lenders, suppliers are also going to take a margin but as I said earlier they have been open about this. It's all called business.

Patch, i presume you are referring to the RNS of the 8th Aug rather than Whitby's RNS response to Levi the Liar or are you talking about the RNS less than 1.5 hours later that immediately halved the sp followed by a continual depreciation since. Now that was just 2 months ago and its effects are still being felt and a little news would help stop the slide.

Yes patch, but the other companies we gamble on at least have the decency to give a little news now and then, just so that we know they are still involved. Doesnt take much does it?

Quite frankly the biggest problem is simply the lack of news, The most news we have had recently has been from Levi the bank robbing criminal!

I think that what is disconcerting for me is that I hold nearly as many shares as David Whitby, surely if he had faith he would hold more! (me 39,000,000). Come on Dave show us some faith!

The apparent lower production costs appear now to be much more reasonable. They are beginning to make the company look very profitable in the future. I don't have enough experience of these things but to my way of thinking this has changed the outlook for considerably better, can someone one please comment
