Belluscura plc (AIM: BELL), a leading medical device developer focused on lightweight and portable oxygen enrichment technology, announces that on 3 July 2024, David Poutney, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 4,350,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") held in his own name, and 3,800,000 Ordinary Shares were acquired by his self-invested pension plan ("SIPP") with the balance of 550,000 Ordinary Shares being acquired by his wife's, Vivienne Poutney and a person closely associated, SIPP.

Careful - this is the phase in which the rampers disappear, volume reduces drastically, spread gets wider and market-makers take advantage. IMHO, of course.

From a trading perspective I think the RNS will have killed of the type of volume to get this going again. For those still invested it is now down to the company and it's strategic review ... but GLA.

Yep the salaries here are something else. They should be earning way less until profitability imho. One of the reasons money is always running out.

The last time I was in a similar position with a cash shell I actually bought more at re-listing and ultimately took some decent profits. Undecided here, but NE10 looks promising ...

Well, share price did reach over 2000p before - and that's after Covid ! Just need to see some improvement in AUM to trigger a big recovery. Collect dividends in the meantime.

2 failed RTOs doesn't influence my decision - 3rd time lucky ? Marketcap only 0.7m. You hold about 3k worth in the old situation. I would wait and see what happens upon re-list - in the small chance it 10-bags take some profits, else just wait and see how things develop ?

Yes another step in the right direction. Wonder what price it will re-list at compared to price at de-list ? Also wonder who NE10s nearest competitor is - perhaps Au Vodka who they had a legal dispute with ? That company makes pretty big revenues/profits.

Seems to be an advert, but sounds promising nonetheless.

Lets see how things go from here - they need to get their results audited first. Will just see the news flow that follows, I'm pleased there are signs of life after months and months of radio silence.

Yes NE10 Vodka does indeed seem to be fast growing. Would certainly be interesting if they are seeking a listing to ramp up growth even more (although GCG was originally set up to target companies operating in the Fintech sector?). Could do with a Fever-tree type growth share in my portfolio - that one went on to be worth Billions ! I like the fact GCG is Main-Market listed too, so we are not dealing with less regulated AIM stuff here.

Might see what there plans are first. I'm assuming they want to finally add some value for shareholders after 2 failed reverse takeovers lol.
