I also cannot make out how we stand in relation to this situation.
Any hope that I have rests in that my shares are still listed in my name by
my stockbrokers and that they will inform me of their status as matters become
clearer.

My Brokers still have CRA listed in my Portfolio, although CRA has been suspended for quite some time. They inform me that they are keeping the situation under review and await further developments .
There is still reason for hope, I do have a gut feeling that the Original Shareholders will still
fit somewhere within the newly restructured company [However I have been very wrong about similar situations in the past - I do tend to have a "Glass Half Full" attitude.]

Max Power Limited has just had unconditional approval from the Botswana Authority for the merger/takeover of Cradle Arc.
[put 'Botswana Merger Decision 37 2021' into your search engine to access the official announcement ] .
I do not have the experience or skills to fully understand the full significance of this in terms of the existing Cradle Arc Shareholders. Do the shareholders remain shareholders in the new entity or are we excluded from any further
interest in this new entity. Can any shareholder who understands such situations please help.
I did not get the site references correct in my previous post below, nor can I seem to get them correct, however,

I echo MG85's sentiments concerning the plight of people in the affected areas.
This evening [22.02.19] on Channel 4 news the High Commissioner of Mozambique reiterated that the worst affected areas were Sofala (Beira) and Manica. I would have thought that by now, a week since the cyclone struck, XTR could have been able to issue an RNS to update investors on the situation in Manica especially with respect of the safety or otherwise of all personnel working on the XTR site and perhaps indicating if XTR could do anything to help the local Manica environment in anyway possible.
'Save the Children Appeal' :- "Fears for the lives of 100,000 people as rivers burst their banks and engulf communities in cyclone-hit Mozambique. Torrential rain continues, families clinging to roof tops. In many areas roofs and tree tops are no longer visible above the floods."
BBC News 2pm. This is the worst disaster ever to hit the Southern Hemisphere.
SOFALA Province and MANICA Province are the worst hit areas. Beira is in Sofala Province.
Manica is the adjacent province.
Flooding now a major problem. Communications are down or very difficult.
Mozambique High Commissioner says death toll could reach the TENS OF THOUSANDS a figure
of 100 thousand has been mentioned.
The entire infrastructure of the country is distrupted.
