#AVCT 32.50 The true volume lies within the footprint at each price level. When you break down the candles on AVACTA , what stands out is persistent negative delta. As price attempts to push higher, sellers are hitting the offer, not lifting it, a clear sign of selling pressure despite upward moves.
The price-by-volume profile at these levels is notably dense (Point of Control), suggesting significant order stacking. Whether these are cumulative buy orders (accumulation) or cumulative sell orders (distribution) is unknown at this stage. The market will eventually reveal the answer.
Given the volume characteristics and the reaction around these zones, it's reasonable to assume that buy orders could be absorbing supply, a classic sign of accumulation. But caution remains warranted. In any stock under pressure, price can still break lower despite high volume — especially if buyers fail to gain control.
That is my two pence worth.
