With no notification of DX sale or LD’s, and payment due end of week/beginning of next week I think its a pretty good guess.

Has the market today been given the heads up that the October HCI payment will be made in shares?

Adequate placing to pay off HCI plus 12 months cash runway, certainly not ridiculous.

Price acting suspiciously like it does when placing on way, most know it but won’t admit it. Might well be wrong but confident of a buying opportunity in the 40’s by end of week.

‘it has the potential’.

Believing is almost hoping., and that’s not giving the market much confidence.

Morning Doggy, i think you’ll find the markets got a whiff of what’s coming and it doesn’t like it.

Thinks it’s the realisation of selling DX at a loss and upcoming placing, regardless of what some say the market won’t like it and it’s starting to show in the SP.

Will get called all the names under the sun but think next RNS could well be Placing, anyone who’s been in Avacta long enough will sense it but won’t want to admit to it.

Think most were expecting a higher impact on SP this morning ready to get out before it tanks tomorrow morning after webinar with AS

When the placing shares hit the market the SP will likely drop to placing price as flippers will want there 10%. At the moment Avacta is a share to trade and not invest in long term.

If you listen to the interview, Oliver clearly states it was the discount that bought them in, perhaps the tech isn’t as wonderful as we all hoped otherwise we would surely have been able to raise at a higher SP.

In the Paul Hill interview, Oliver Brown from RC Brown who took part in the placing, said they did so because they were so cheap. Would have been nice to hear they invested because the tech was good.

If it was good news on updated results I doubt the placing would have been so low, might well be another kick in the knackers.

WeAreGroot, pretty good chance it’s going to keep dropping leading up to HCI conversion so you may be able to get another 10% by the end of next week at an even lower price.
