AIM - high risk for sure,,, but some shares i have been involved have gone up 5-10x try and find that with a well known divi payer. having said that 2 divi shares made me money last year, and LLOY up 20%

AIM go in very low and hold only way to do it

We live in such mentally stupid times

mortgages are up... mental gov imposes costly EPC scheme on landlords so many are leaving the market.

bbc blames landlords... even thou they can see there are far less properties.. and this is also a real worry as it hinders people who want to move to another area for work. pretty obvious gov wants to push private landlords out the way, bring in companies and rake in profits (less face it easy to hide) just bonkers
