Bp or shell are selling non core assets , just like marathon did to RRE.

With a £10m market cap it’s a win win here and any problems that will or do occur with oil producers is in the LONGER term with geological or production issues.

Views are there to be discussed and I have experienced many trades so base my logic on my experience.

I am heavily invested here north of 50k shares and am looking forward to respectable BOD even buying a 4,000 bopd oil field will give these a market cap of £50m. Boooooom times ahead.

Prince. Good luck. Looks like your over stating it because we have been on a downward trend for months and if 50p breaks lower then it’s tin hat time

We also need to consider the following :

Big deal = suspension for a long time like Rockrose did because of its complexity ..... 400-500% gains easily possible.

Medium deal - suspension for 3 months and 200% gain.

Small deal - within weeks or even during normal trading and 50% + gains.

Either way one must understand that it’s a + with any deal.

Let me just say I am more than happy to listen to your thoughts.

People need to understand that it’s a market and BBwre there for discussion.

However I think this is very positive for the sp going forward because it gives it a better foundation.

The reason why there is a seller waiting to be cleared is simple :

- they don’t like the geological part of the deal. Want out.

- they don’t like the amount of money that’s required to raise so want out.

- so many other issues regarding the asset - it’s return IRR and many other issues so they want out.

Hence they have agreed to sell up and HH has agreed to wait until they clear off before announcing the deal.

It’s very basic and easy to understand ...... if the deal is so complex they would still rns a MOU or exclusivity etc etc regarding a possible deal ..... it’s my opinion that one of the funds either needs their money ASAP or most likely is not happy with the risk they are taking on or it doesn’t fit in to their criteria of return on investment which had caused them to jump ship with the blessing of the LBE bod.

It’s like I help my friend to buy a house .... only to realise he will want to extend it and spend £££££ extra on top .... I’m thinking I will just take my money elsewhere because extending is not my cup of tea and requires me to put more money in .... making it harder to get back and takes longer.

No chance of anything leaking. This RTO has birrr the pants off people and if anyone thinks there will be a leak and crazy volume or sp movement before needs to think again.

It’s been 7 months in the making. They will announce it as soon as seller is finished and it looks like today is the day seller is cleared.

The £20m is chicken feed compared to what’s coming and the fact there’s very low shares in issue is the perfect storm for the sp to initially overshoot on the upside. 40p is a certainty with overshot price or interest high of 65-70p.

Even at 60p we are worth £80m. Conservative.

Looks like they will announce dividends very soon after production.

Within 6-12 months of production I can see 10% yield of 10p with a share price north of £1 +.

Question is can you wait for many multiples of your money ???

This is it ..... even I’m getting annoyed but that’s exactly how this market works. It robbed me half my RRE holding before takeover and it sure won’t take a single share before a deal is announced. Keep the faith.

Even if HH agrees a 4,000 bopd deal at £30m they would raise the equal amount of shares 10m @ £3 a share. Still giving you a minimum 200% gain in the raise and possibly another 100% on the relist.

So current holders would have half the shares but at half the price £1.50 ..... When they relist at £3 .....making it a win win for them.

I seriously think the deal would be very big and minimum 10-15k bopd making them returns crazy here.

This will do better than RRE ...... question is do we have the patience to hold it out ?

Any relist price will be way more than what the institutions paid for on the initial ipo.

I wanted more than this but I guess I’m used to MC clever ways of keeping investors on knife edge for ages without concrete results

Agree with testers last point about the risk of being a one trick pony and remember the fact mine build / production never goes on without problems so if we do go it alone it will be a bumpy ride.

My take is positive from MC from the webinar but it’s just the same old sugar coating with a few teasers in it to make investors think something major is happening.

When gold was $1100 and we were at 17p with no funds left ... that was the time to toll mine and we were all a shouting it ..... now with good at $2000 there’s no chance MC who looks positive but this is certainly his retirement project will ever cave in to the demands now when they didn’t agree back then.

It’s good, year end should provide us with plenty but reading some posts I think he’s done what he intended to do which was to sweeten us all in a nice way and lick the can gently down the road.

No new surprises expected here, it’s been boring but we just need to be realistic and look forward to the land purchases and confirmation of the plant to be acquired.

These 2 rns will do for me, my gosh it’s taken it’s time to get there but with the world savages with covid and political issues erupting all over the world I would probably hold until production and once producing the value would be baked in. Having said that I could easily see as many issues whilst producing As he’s had prior production.
