I’m joining the party here Monday 8am Sharp with 500k shares for roughly £6k.

This is hands on to go nuts. The fact that they are NOT telling the market shows they want to surprise them in such a way.

For me this is a multibagger of 200% before rns and a further 2-300% on rns.

They may even suspend the shares and relist after acquisition..... uffffff. My weekend just got better.

This way your loss won’t hurt you but st the same time you let the shares run and be quids in once they rise.

I sold Ggp at 2p and when Newmont pulled the plug on their JV I thought I was a genius ..... only now seemed to have missed out on £700k profit.

It was because I held too many shares and became nervous with every .25p movement.

Good luck, if 12p to19p hurt then I suggest even investing a few hundred £££ because with gold going higher these could easily hit 50-60p short term on the first drilling results.

- deposit on plant will Only come after land is secured.

- 8% could be a big number. Eg say there was 1000 people originally needed living ... that’s another 80 people they need to negotiate with and not that one super gran some have been badgering about. Still think this will take more time than most think.

- drilling st mestiza is good because you will get grades / results accordingly and maybe this is to set off calibre n prove up the toll deal ... again it’s time.

-Site clearance will probably Start in December but won’t be cleared or ready until the remaining land is acquired but they will start clearing what they owe to put out the rns or show progression.

For some reason it just feels like MC and his waffle are stuck in a time machine, can’t really see any material news for A while because they are all linked to each other.

Completion of all the land then brings in toll play ... site clearance ..... further positives , they still need 8%. This could easily drag in to the new year.

I think many investors forget to look at traits or charts of others who have enjoyed multibaggers and the simple conclusion is ..... it’s volatile and never ever in a straight line.

Mms here are clearing out the mess before we go higher but that doesn’t mean we could drop more tomorrow to 16p or even test 13-14p again before the real surge comes.

Abatt1. Takeover would require someone who not only buys them out but had the cash to develop the asset.

How many are cash rich at the moment ?

Even if sqz used their £100m and day bid £60m then they need more than the £40m remaining to process the asset ..... or they could buy 15-20k bopd on the open market with instant cash flow for about £110m.

What do you think is a better option. ???

It’s really difficult to get farm in or funding at this moment.

Jog is a good play but with markets braced for a sell off after election I think you may well see 80p here.

No chance of a TO at this moment especially with soooo many decent producing assets available for peanuts.

Agree with what your saying but my point is they have roughly gauged the max they want to invest and roughly have the structure of equity / debt in place so therefore it’s just a case of someone agreeing to their asset valuation rather than them buying something and then arranging the funding.

I do think they will cap any desk simply because valuations have been destroyed and the last thing they want is to spend $500m for the asset to then be worth $200m next year.

I can see a nasty surprise for most here.

Will 100% be above the suspension price because a raise below it would dilute existing holders and raise too many shares in issue again being a problem suppressing the sp.

I would be happy with suspension around the current price or say £1.15, regardless of what the sp is I think Managment have pencilled in the share raise and the price so it’s only a matter of time.

Worst case in my option would be £1.50 and that still gives us 40-50% gain from today’s price.

The re-list will add % when they trade so £1.80 ish on a worst case ..... I will leave the best case for now ...

But most of you guys are sounding the same.

Hope the motley crew are not all crammed in one office space posting similar messages trying to push up the sp.

Personally I would like other posters apart from degsy, bhgarv and dr Remington posting. I like everyones positive posts but Prefer a more broad and neutral opinion going forward.

Just one question.

Why would NM give away 37% of the asset ?

I know aginco are there and know what they are doing but surely giving away 37% is like saying ...... we have been here 2 years .... let’s see what you can do.

Let’s hope the first batch of results are good because they will set a good tone .... what really worries me is we have published good grades .... any grades lower than that will see huge sell off on rns.
