They report them late so people like us don’t see what’s happening.

Today’s rns states they ONLY have 30% of the agreement / JV.

The company is now valued at £200m with a 8p share price having floated at 1.5p a few days ago.

Guys .... I’ve posted this before but we have some welcomed new investors so I thought it needs a refresh.

TWD & GKN entered in to a NDA a long time ago to help design a system that stops the wing / engine and fans of a flying aeroplane catching ice or getting iced.

This can cause and dies cause the following :

-Heavier planes when iced
- more fuel consumption
- damage time the system
- possible turbulence and eventually god forbid the inevitable plane crash.

Aerospace regulation is the most thorough ... strict and to the point as you can be and thus includes many criteria’s that need to be passed and there’s a test after each solution.

So you really want to know what that small system of a plane is worth ???

Now here’s the scary part .... GKN are STILL trialling the TWD product and the CEO has said they expect to be producing in the next 12-18 months for them .... so when does the actual deal be formally announced as commercial ???....

Forget that for a second .....GKN USA multibillion multinational company and £200m-300m would be chump change to buy out TWD.

Honestly with all the other NDA’s I can see this absolutely exploding very soon.

The EV market is hot and our tech verified.

I expect the healthcare contract next ..... £5 feels very close and £10 is nailed on for me within medium term.

Duster - 1k sells are probably caused by fomo and nothing to get worked about. Everyone has their own trading styles and maybe some just need the money. We need to focus on ourselves.

Wow. Amazing news considering the TWD production site is 30min drive from this location.

Things are stacking up really well. Remember the PCB battery pack component that Trackwise produce can not be done by anyone else in the uk and Europe and most of the world. Hence Arrival chose them after extensive DD.

I think the 3 factory sites is a master stroke and I can see TWD acquiring another site in Q4 this year. EV is starting to kick off here ..... we are head and shoulders above anyone in the race and the forefront to supply battery pack components.

Ps. 5k buyer popping up. This is being held back to fill a huge buy order. Let it gooooooooooooo

Their lock in Period expires .... they have billions to dispose of.

In my opinion they could have farmed out 10-20% to boost sp and value but this is not good in my opinion. Sp will be foresee for a very long time when the funds start to sell. Too many other ops out there

Yv00. Funnily enough I believe these will be taken private.

There’s no way this will make it in to production and maybe will be the best solution for us.

OMG. Could you imagine the start of production we hit problems and that more the sp drops 50% and we back at 50p lol.

It would be ironic. Production would take us to £1+ only for the market to smash us back to 50p or the Nicaragua government changes its take on mining royalty or whatever, don’t rule out having this convo in the future roughly around the same price. I think it’s condors fate.
