I’m just looking at the week ahead and in sure there was something about MKA being in London this week just gone with some sort of meeting / interview on Thursday, is that the case ? Can’t seem to find anything but I’m sure we mentioned something on this bb that was due to take place.

Anyone care to enlighten us ?

tricky situation here, as most have said the business looks fantastic and could be worth a punt but we cant live on past darling sentiment, ive seen it before and im swaying towards YHAL and what hes saying regarding the company.

They could have dealt with this better and i also feel that the bad is not out the works yet and can see these open lower monday, also when you get the motley fool tipping so soon then to me theres another red flag.

could it come good ? yes but they need to win new contracts or replace the lost revenue fats, if the market sells off as predicted for the last 6 months then with the current poor sentiment here one can easily see £5-6 and thats when these would certainly be worth buying, as for now i feel they are fully priced.

Can see major shift in sentiment towards MKA. Funny how we were 25p no interest yet at 38p we are getting a whole new load of investors loading up.

Malbright. Ditto. But why would Talaxis agree to give back the songwe stake bought for peanuts to then squire it for 5x more ?

Instead I think this is how the convo took place in my view :

US/UK GOVERNMENT MEETING = There’s no way we can let China or anyone have this.

Mka = look Talaxis ... we have to give it to the governments

Talaxis = ok but we want a % increase in your company so we still benefit when you sell the asset and want options on other assets.

Mka= that’s fine, we will sell the Malawi licenses and in our new company which you will have an increased stake and the sp will rise 5 fold so you still benefit without doing jack .., but agree to a 12 month lock in for our shareholders sake and that we don’t get any awkwardness at AGMS.

Mka = dome all the list I mentioned in my previous message and have set up base for all the other licences and potential company makers.

WHY HAVE THEY TAKEN THIS LONG TO ANNOUNCE A REPLACEMENT JV FOR SONGWE?

It’s very very obvious .... if someone farms in the effect will be even greater on the sp. either way mka and Talaxis benefit immensely and for the record I have not seen mka release so many rns’s so close together. Just imagine what is happening in the background.

Looks like they have a few options lined up and by the sounds of this rns we could have a partner very soon.

To me this just confirms the puzzle ....

-they list directors on companies house To form a new company in the uk

- they then buy back the original stake from Talaxis

- increased the uranium license push for a partner

- increased stake In hypromag

- yet nothing to do with songwe..... I said it before and will say it again ... they will sell off songwe as an asset or sell off all the Malawi licences to one of the government’s.

It will happen, a government will not want to partner a small player and be no 2 in negotiations, after all it would take something like £250m which is chump change to buy out that license or 5x today’s mka value.

Done Malbright. Was just about to say Your thinking they will drop lower yet a few buys will push this up again. Nice bounce from support levels. This will confirm major support at 33p and the next leg up begins once we smash past 35-37p again which inthink could be as early as tomorrow when a MKA speak.

malbright, good luck with that because its not going lower in my opinion and it at support, as iceman888 mentioned it tested the highs from 2019 and i nice break up above 37-38 would bring in zak mirs target of 55p in to play.

all i do know is where counting pennies here but when that baby drops from songwe it will be pounds we will be counting :))

Market knew .... it always did. 14p sp for a reason. Hope you guys either hold out or the sp doesn’t fall too much. Unlucky here but the story looks weak from these set of results.

absolutely agree with you guys, Ofgem awarding this SOLR must have done DD on the whole business and is a game changer for me also.

i believe the stock will start to re-rate from now on.

i think we can look at the highs as a guide but for now personally i would like to see the sp above £3 for starters and settle around mid £3-4 before the next target is announced, talking of which if we stay down here for much longer we could easily become a target.

looking for a strong couple of days here atleast and testing £2.50 ask today.

ps. lets hope the media get on to this and really push out the news doing the PR for us.

6548 shares (£15k) good to see them finally get additional customers, the extra bit about the trading being strong was a nice reminder and i think another SOLR will follow or an aquisition, looking at charts we need to break £2.40 and £2.70 for a nice bull run but something tells me another big rns is on the way.

looks awful on the charts and a re-rest of 40-45p coming for sure, thats when i will top up. crazy thing is he probably only managed to sell 20k shares because anymore like a 50k sell would have smashed the proce lower.

why the h ell does he need this £10k for ? seriuosly s t u pid move for sure. expect this to go lower next few days
