Very happy picking up new year bargains.

But with no cash ........ company running on loans from shark funds and only 10% stake I feel they have no say as to what happens or more importantly what they get from the deal. It’s a no go for me and if people really think these will 10 or 20 bag then with £40m in bank and 80% of barryroe you can safely say PVR at 11p will surely be the better play. Only my opinion. My theory is better be safe than sorry. Toooo much risk here if deal fails then logp don’t have a business and could easily fall in to administration.

The fact they HAVE agreed the commercial outline regarding the farm out suggests this deal is in the bag. I’m expecting the close of contracts within 2 weeks so mid jan latest and when it drops the sp will Open up at a serious premium so all these 10-15% sp movements are irrelevant. I can see 100% premium on open rising to 200% pending on actual details and benefits of the farm Out. Personal target sp to sell 75% of my holding is 30p with 25% riding the full year until barryroe starts production.

Looking to top Slice if we are up Again tomorrow. Just can’t help it but there’s always an evident of risk with pvr like most shares but it wouldn’t surprise me one bit if the talks breakdown. Just putting a balanced view forward. Long may the blue continue.

To be fair delboi the market is not interested and nor is any asset really valued unless the stuff is there!! Personally I would just like to concentrate on barryroe and the farm out deal, in the meantime if TOTAL , cairn , or any other keeps farming in tomour other assets then so be it. This is the jewel in the crown and if they can increase production rates using delivery ffetebt dtilling techniques then we could possibly have a serial winner here and contender for share of the year 2018. Will be interesting to see how the market builds up the sp leading up to the announcement or will it drop back down only for the sp to jump on confirmation of the farm in.

Any other stock would have doubled on today’s rns. The market don’t really believe this will actually happen but they have marked it up with a combo of the total farm out on their other licence and barryroe talks. He needs to deliver this deal and the rest will be history .....

Depends on many things, first of all the farmee has been in discussion for sometime so it looks further down the line, fact that it’s exclusive n binding suggests the farmee wants to make sure nobody comes in and gazumps the deal. I’m guessing but this will be quick ..... end of Jan. 4 weeks I would say. Normally they can range up to 6 months lol

Although TOR cannot he trusted you just can’t ignore the trade here. 80% of barryroe which will 100% conclude as pvr/logp would want it progressing after the oil rise of late. Total seem to show a lot of faith towards pvr .... if it’s one of the big boys then these will double on the rns.

Well to start with I don’t trust o’riely lol but I will give him the benefit of doubt because they own 80% of Barryroe so the farm in partner will take 50% of total licence and pay 💰💰💰💰 for it aswell as commiting to say 3 wells. Interesting. Only thing I can’t get my head around is ....., why the frekin heck are people selling out like mad here ? 7.25p has seen major selling.
