The funding partners could not be announced via that famous meeting without getting the licence signed off. Makes sense. Really really looking forward to next week.

Lewis agree. I think it not only validated the BFS but william mentioned it actually validates the funding. They would have waited to see the partners funding this before saying go ahead with it. Next week looking explosive

Glad we have held well for a few sessions. Surprised to see sells ( supposedly) coming through at these levels. To think the last raise was at 24p where the CEO put £700,000 of his own money bodes well to support the sp.

Another day closer to material newsflow, just feels like some nuclear blockbuster rns is being prepared.

Don’t know if any of you have seen their latest updated presentation on the MKA website, looks very smart and in preparation to hand over the reigns. Nothing new in it but they have outlined what we already know.

Songwe final test results should be in by now, pilot testing would have been a lot quicker and smoother considering it was the 6th n final test.

Can see 30p by this weekend Think they have fully loaded their boats. I’m going for a 5-10% rise tomorrow.

Could be the reason they dropped the price so low but why would these orders get priority of lower prices ? I don’t get it. The sp should be 35p with these big orders getting filled at 32-33p with momentum taking us to 40p.

I posted a while back and one of the theories I suggested was if it’s a takeover they will take the sp low and then hit us with an offer. I now firmly believe there will be a formal offer for MKA.

I am looking in to putting a formal email to the ceo but will wait until the start of March. In his interview he very clearly stated a minimum of 6-7 material newsflows that are due Q1. He’s gona be short of answers come first week of March if we don’t get anything. I don’t think we will. There’s no buying pressure to suggest anything other.

There’s no secret talks are ongoing. Any bid / offer has to be reported.

Let me ask you lovely people 2 question …. Would talks take this long if the offer was too low or unacceptable?

Or would talks take this long because the initial proposal has been agreed upon and final outcomes are being finalised ?

99% of the time in any takeovers anywhere …. Low ball offers get rejected asap and accepted ones take time to sign off.

That’s what it took to mark up the sp after 60,000+ shares sold. This is pure and absolutely artificial with mms up to something. 3 trades done at the same time were a form of communication between mms. Let’s hope another £32.50 can take us to 26p. :))

director buys? institutional buys ? well with 78% in their hands i dont think its relevant as they have as much exposure as they would like.

Personally i feel they all including the BOD would want some sort of deal out of current tlaks.

super, yes that was 10% a buy. now looking at the amount of 500k buys sneaking in gives further fuel this is being mopped up.

Anything less than a buyout of some sort either asset or company is on the cards here, just watched the recent interview again and feel assured they were keeping tight lipped on many fronts. Tomorrow we should get a bounce and if its down again then my last bit of Guy folks powder will most certainly be put to action.

Morningst. It’s the price where that UT has gone through. Them UT trades I was moaning about a while bk which seemed to control the sp artificially. This is mad though as ive never seen a UT trade during market hours that’s 10% above The ask.

another 95k dumped in the 23p range. hmmmm starting to look rather suspicious if you ask me, theres rose tinted glasses and then theres vision express, lets hope nothing sinister is about to drop because this is not your normal market relevant sp drop, this is actually signigcant in terms of how quickly it fell today, somebody mentioned earlier volume was ok but now with heavy sells from earlier its picking u;p.
