Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Zoros - what's the point coming here and gloating, when you have nothing to gloat about... other than share price destruction? Despite the funding, its still at multi year low. Anyone who bought GGP few weeks ago, SD has royally shafted you and will continue to do so if project needs change.
Oh and more thing.... seems like GGP won't be cash flow positive for quite a long time after production... at least 2032 is where one poster put it, who has yet to be refuted on his calculations. Go on and put up your calculations like he has.
Good luck to all of you invested here. No doubt tomorrow will be an interesting day.
Life is never straightforward with IMM…
Bamps - Its ok, seems like you need more time, whilst the acolytes will now try to drown the board with nonsensical ridicule of the opposing view point. Fact remains, I was right back 5/6 months ago about serious decline share price decline due to low 5% valuation..... it was all based on a very simple calculation on what was to be offered and the realignment of the mcap.
Loggy - consensus in what .... being wrong? look at the share price, its at multi year low. Point out where PasB is wrong.
Loggy - this a discussion board, not an echo chamber. If you want an echo chamber and constant re-affirmation of your decision that you made, go visit the other site that the branch davidians have created. It is this very mindset that loses people money.
I am interested in what both sides say, PasB has put up his calculations and asked Bamps to refute it. And of course it matters a hell of a lot, as its a question about being cash flow positive and the regular divis that everyone is hoping for.
Bamps - why are you running away, point it out where he is wrong.
feeling insecure after PasB put up his calculations? Go on refute it without counting copper revenue twice :)
PasB- what if you include 4% inflation in your calculations, how does that change things.
PasB - Thank you for the calculations that you put up, quite an eye opener.
Bamps - what is the mistake that you keep referring to and how does that change the calculations he put up?
Indeed. All this done at multi year low.
is that free cash flow post tax?
James - last time the price ran upto 12/13, the dilution was at 8.2. Just bear that in mind.
Maybe you are right…. Because soon enough you will be able to pick them up at around 5p….. dilution, dilution and more dilution!!
Paddy - just like Sirius Minerals….. one to remember
They can certainly delay it. Anything is possible after the decision not to take 5%. No one saw that coming.
Steph - i am watching from the sideline, how much cash do they have?
It would be wise to think in terms of mcap… if memory serves me right it got down to around £3 billion mcap. It had rally before rights issue was announced.
Melville - infact you can. There are series of dilutions to come. Each will be take a chunk out of the SP. If you think its going to run up to a £1billion mcap before it happens then you are deluded. The SP was around that mcap for a long time whilst SD has been in charge and he was not able to do so. That should tell you something.
5p will come.
Buy it at 5p at some point
