Good evening Hogsnipe, nobody is forcing anyone to sell. What holders need to be aware of, is what is the value of the stock they hold, and what risks does continuing to hold pose to the ultimate value of it. Current geopolitics and developments suggest that he ball is very much in Pensana court and that the SP has a long way to run before they hit the number that i would be inclined to sell at.

Pwlx……. So would i. I grew up in Humberside as it was then, I know Hull and the East Riding well. My kids live in North Lincolnshire, less than 10 miles away from Saltend over the Humber Bridge. Nobody was more enthusiastic or supportive when it was annoyed that Pensana would be building in Saltend, It’s not all doom and gloom, i think it is highly unlikely that separation will come to Saltend, but if Equinor do go ahead with the hydrogen plant and the government come up with a plane for Electrcity to be charged at actual cost plus than gas related, then their is a big chance of Magnet metals being made and wind turbine motors being recycled at the Yorkshire energy park across the road from the planned separation plant,and still within the free zone.

Pwlx, i appreciate when LSE members post nuanced and logically thought through responses, and I can see the logic in what you’ve written and I respect the thought you’ve put into it. But the point for me is simple: loyalty must run both ways. The LSE and the UK government should not feel entitled to Pensana’s presence or any other company for that matter, if they haven’t shown loyalty and support in return.

M&G is the exception. They showed real conviction when many others walked away, and they’ve been rewarded with a doubling of their stake because they stayed with the company. That is what loyalty looks like – and it proves the point that those who back Pensana early and consistently stand to benefit.

Let’s not forget – the UK was chosen originally because Saltend was intended to be the centrepiece, with Longonjo essentially the supporting act that helped secure end-to-end financing. Then world events overtook the company and it had to adapt to survive. Adapt it did – but without any meaningful help from UK capital markets or government.

I’d like to be as patriotic as the next Brit, but at the end of the day we are talking about my and my family’s future here. If my own government won’t support the project, then I have no choice but to look elsewhere. At the moment we are listed on the LSE, but funding for the project is 100% African

That doesn’t mean a US listing is inevitable – or even preferable – but it does mean that London cannot expect loyalty it hasn’t earned.

Also i didnt mean a 10 billion market capt, i meant that the companies in ground resource is worth at least 10 billion.

Hi BM, Uk other than the location of the listing, the UK has little relevance to the development of Pensana any more, 20Kt of offtake being muted for ReElement in US and 20kt of offtake for Tsusho Toyota via india. there is no place for UK in the equation. The had there shot, made alot of noise and did nothing, so little that in April 2023, the company nearly stopped existing. the only positive UK interaction was M&G investments, who after all their support had an average price of 49p, after an initial buy in of 81p. so they have now double their money. its only because of them and the FRSDEAm who kept the faint, why we are still here. the UK government and the UK capital markets made no positive contribution. Or at least the UK government got far more positive mileage out of the interactions between the two than Pensan got from the UK Government

A billion MCAP is £3.30 !!!, and it’s worth all of that now. With 138, 000 Mts in the ground, representing about 1.4 million tons of MREC, then it is worth at least 10 billion!!!

Smart Punter, which RNS are you referring to, the one that states 267 million of finance has bee approved, compared to a CAPEX of 217 million, which in the last RNS was confirmed to be on budget and on schedule. by my maths that leaves 50 million for contingency, interest incurred during the 2 year payment moratorium period, and/or working capital if somebody hasn't snaffled up and prepaid for 6 months of product at $110/kg before then.

Unless it is a discussion on Rainbow, which is going to solve all the Globes rare earth problem over night, then it isnt worth a sh*te, and we should leave the whole rare earth market to the Chinese....... MP and Lynas generally track the NdPr spot price. And they make up a large part of the index.

Hogsnipe, re your last Para, im suspecting even when their bosses are back it isnt much different, the Rare Earth sector is tiny, in global terms compared to other commodities, and 90% of that is in China, the rest being spread over the Nasdaq, ASX, TSX and LSE. there is little incentive for the MMs to spend any time on research of the different companies that participate in this sector. so values are at best arbitrary until buying interest picks up driven by small number of potential investors who may have an inkling but in most cases have little depth, or are spoon fed it by the companies, who dont have the resources to do it. And the LSE is by far the least informed and least interested

DS22, you know and i know, not just the fundamentals of the project but also the significance of the underlying connections, recent RNS and GEO politics in the Rare Earth Sector. but the sector is worth about 9 billion USD, which is a pittance in the grand scheme of things of things. Of that 9 billion the chinese control 90% of it, consequently, sales wise, external to china the sales value is a possibly a billion. spread over several continents it doesn't register on anyone radar. So nobody goes looking for opportunities in the Rare Earth sector, they wait for them to fall in their lap. when it does happen, make sure you are holding
