Have you averaged down at all Sparky?
Eyeguy. Why don't you ask your question to Walko? He seems to be in a responsive mood - you might get an answer?
Are you suggesting that the port isn't a viable proposal regarding the interest to rent it - as per the recent information provided by Julian?
I seem to recall, (think it was Walko) who said there's a sunken barge loaded with ore sat on the river bed at the end of the port? Then you have Nortcoattigerneverchangesitsspots going on about Bellzone don't actually own the port..? These would be issues regarding any potential lease of the port, therefore perhaps Simon Edwards would be the best person to contact and shed some light on these claims...
Well I'll be contrarian and take the 'niave' route...! One of us Spike will be right... It's a 50/50.
Agreed Sparky.
Yes smiley. Hardly massive sells going through considering the possible outcome... It's important to remember, discussions will be going on in the background.... Whilst we're being patient! :))
Late night on the Merlot Sparky!?
Smiley - 'The reason why the bod changed was to convince hudson that they are willing to work in line with hudson’s vision." I'm sure Hudson are making certain requests and the BOD are having to meet them. On the CC it was said that Hudson are keeping their cards close to their chests. So, my take on that is Hudson are asking for some significant changes and the BOD, as I mentioned, are having to meet them. I actually think the comment of "all of the talks have moved on from where they were previously" as positive. Better than "all talks have stalled!" Yes, Simon does respond swiftly to any queries in my experience.
Smiley post @0904 Good Post. About time someone offered some praise for spike's posts. ATB.
'I have emailed the company for clarity' - good. It is a shame more of you don't also email the company... I have answers to my concerns from the company during the last few weeks.
BigBear, Good Post.
Spike - from the corporate update. "The views of our major shareholder are a significant influence and the Board is moving forwards in a way which is acceptable to Hudson and, in the Board's judgment, is in the interests of Bellzone and the rest of its shareholders too." Seems to me Hudson have made some requests and those changes are currently underway...
Tadpole. They are not looking to 'sell' the port.
Both views are valid possibilities regarding the length of any discussions may go on for. Personally, I believe there will be necessary funds drawn down in time. Whatever else may be going on in the background, this at the very least has been an exercise of cleaning out the cobwebs within the company, which I believe has been at the request of Hudson. As the possibility of raising additional shares (voted down) to raise funds or for the provision to award a potential 3rd party financier looks unlikely, perhaps a royalty based investment could be a possibility here. Either way, perhaps a port deal is a very good possibility in the short term and whilst they get on and complete the bulk shipment and complete the ferronickel FS. (funds being available of course!) ;) AIMO
Sparky... Priceless! :)
Funny how NC turns up as sentiment turns positive! ;)
Absolutely Sparky.
Beginner I am optimistic of funds being released here. My point about Bellzone UK being dissolved is it indicates that Hudson are requesting that all unnecessary subsidiaries are to be closed down, shedding the costs of operating them... and their cling on 'Jonny boy's club' parasite directors drawing their fees! As I stated before, more than half a dozen subsidiaries have all ready been shut down in international locations. That's my take anyway.
There have been several directors listed over the years. The last director was Simon Edwards - it was he who dissolved the company. Shut down at the request and satisfaction of Hudson...?
