Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
I guess they will announce when it's available on the Bellzone website. Or you could email Simon Edwards and find out..?
From the CC; The reason for the latest placement was to provide operational capital to conclude the remainder of the FS. Julian informed that the annual opex is $3m. The $950k raised was to get the remainder in place to finalise the FS. Regards to the AGM proposal to allot 1.5B shares (yet to be passed) is to allow the company much flexibility going forward as the board feels that the company is at an inflection point - due to interest. At current levels, the increased share capital would raise about $12.5M which would fill any gap assuming 80-85% debt financing was provided for commencement of the Nickel project. There have been a couple of interested parties in discussions and there was a mention by Julian that Simon received another enquiry only yesterday. The government has caused some delay due to the signing of the ratification of the amendum. Bulk sample shipping delays were due to obtaining the most effective shipping route. A lot of shipping from Guinea is not direct to SA. The usual rainy season and obtaining enough drums to ship the sample were also mentioned as causing some delays. All will be on the conference call when it's been uploaded to the Website.
Conference call now concluded.
Why wouldn't you listen in?
Don't forget to register!
away...
Reall, You've been here some time now haven't you - from the very lows..?
There was an article back in 2014, Glencore were interested in the Northern Blocks of Simandou. Chinalco are buying the Southern Blocks after Rio's exit from the project. Simandou has very high grade ore - which is more sought after and commands a higher price now with the aim of reducing emissions. Plenty to unfold in Guinea... Those interested in the conference call need to register by end on Monday.

Placement - Is it not for one of two reasons ; If a partner 'wants in' and provides capital to get the project off the ground, this would enable the partner to obtain a reasonable stake in their investment (This could be the sort of discussions taking place atm...) I see no reason why Hudson would object on this basis... Alternatively, it's just to be able to raise further funds whilst the Co. kicks the can down the road looking to secure a possible partner... Fortunately Nickel is 'en vogue' at the moment... Whatever its end use is... An RNS confirming sample shipment has left would be positive... I still think there's a bigger picture developing in Guinea itself... Time will tell... :) And finally, who stakes nearly £600k in this Co!
The Co. need to get the bulk sample shipped... End of July was mentioned.
This is the second placing since the Co. was granted authority to raise funds via placings up to a maximum of 440,957,000. 128,000,000 in Nov 17 and now 167,666,667 Leaving a maximum of 145,290,333 to issue if deemed necessary... The big question is was this done to raise funds, whilst loan facilities are available to the Co.... Or to allow stock to be available to those in the know... ;)
