See my post from yesterday. I was on the CC. When I put the question to Julian regarding the proposed allocation of 1.5B shares, he said the board felt that the company was at an inflection point. With the levels of interet and discussions taken place, clearly they feel they need to have plenty of flexibility on options whilst discussions continue... If Hudson are not going to fund this then they have no choice but to allow a strategic partner on board to do so. A new stakeholder would be able to take control with the number of additional shares potentially on offer... Potentially, very positive indeed...
