Banks normally require security for a business bank loan. This can be Directors Guarantee/ Debenture/Property or other assets. WRES had a hole in the ground, that is why its just over 13%

When a loan is given to a business or individual , the ability to repay the loan back is far more important than the interest rate.

dsfat, I think once the CPR is completed for HH later in the year both UKOG and ALBA will have a better idea of the value and the asset will be sold to UKOG. ATB
