Manro, it was not. The payment was part of the original sale of the business to SGH but was held up by a court action from SGH claiming force information provided by Quindell ( the action was dropped by SGH). A further 40p cash is due to be paid next month, leaving approximately 45p cash left in the company with the remaining assets. ATB

Added a few more yesterday. I received a cash payment from WTG (Ex Quindell) yesterday , finally getting my investment back. Investing is mostly a waiting game, you need bags of patience and a capacity for risk. ATB and Keep Safe

Forest79, the £1.10 payment was a a return of cash payment, the next payment of 40p per share will be the same. The current SP will reduce by the equivalent cash payment of 40p.
