Hedging Update

· New hedges placed through to June 2027 at an average weighted price of approximately 101 pence per therm.

· Total hedged position of approximately 12.9 million therms through to June 2027.

· Aggregate hedge portfolio at an average weighted price of approximately 101 pence per therm.

· Hedges represent approximately 44% of the Company's forecast gas production over the period.

The Company has successfully placed additional gas hedges covering the period April 2026 to June 2027, securing 7.745 million therms at an average weighted price of approximately 101 pence per therm. This includes early hedges placed at particularly strong prices, with April, May and June 2026 volumes secured at 141 pence, 135 pence and 127 pence per therm respectively.

When combined with the Company's existing hedge portfolio, the total hedged position now stands at approximately 12.9 million therms at a weighted average price of approximately 101 pence per therm through to June 2027. This combined hedge position represents approximately 44% of the Company's forecast gas production over the period.

The hedging programme provides significant fixed revenue visibility, underpinning the Company's operating cost base and supporting predictable cash flow generation. Importantly, approximately half of forecast production remains unhedged, allowing the Company to retain meaningful exposure to potential upside in UK gas prices.

We held very positive meetings throughout the Convention with Government stakeholders and key contractors as we seek to push the Motzfeldt Project forward this year. And it was great to see our investee company, GreenRoc, front and centre of the EU's programme at PDAC, including being formally presented with a certificate recognising Amitsoq's status as an EU Strategic Project.

"At Clogau, another successful blast was completed just last Friday, advancing another 1.7m. We are now halfway through our objective of completing 20m of new development down on Level 5 of Clogau, our priority gold target within the mine. Our team will be assessing the results of the latest blast from Monday onwards and continuing with plans to improve the throughput of ore through the Company's onsite processing plant.

"With our core work programmes at Clogau and Motzfeldt progressing well, our investee company GreenRoc currently in the process of constructing its pilot anode plant in Denmark, and a successful capital raise completed by us in the past week, Alba is in a strong position to push forward in the coming months."

The Company has raised £800,000 (before expenses) in a share placing involving the issue of 4,000,000,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 0.02 pence per ordinary share (the "Issue Price") (the "Placing"), conditional on the admission of such new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. The placing price represents a discount of 20% to the last closing bid price of the Company's shares on 27 February 2026. CMC Markets UK Plc, trading as CMC CapX ("CMC Markets"), acted as the Company's sole placing agent in respect of the Placing.

The proceeds from the Placing are intended to be used to continue the Company's activities across its projects, including some or all of the following value-enhancing work activities:

1/ Clogau Gold Mine (Wales)

- Complete drilling and blasting of ca. 20m bulk sampling programme at priority Llechfraith target.

- Complete processing of ca. 300 tonnes of ore from that programme.

- Upgrade process plant to handle greater production rates.

- Continue to develop and market new Welsh gold products.

2/ Motzfeldt Critical Metals Project (south Greenland)

- Updated Mineral Resource / Scoping Study work.

- Continuation of metallurgical processing programme.

- Preparations for summer field programme to advance Merino prospect (e.g. hyperspectral survey), planning for Phase 2 drilling programme at Aries deposit.

3/ Finnsbo Gold-Copper-Rare Earth Project (Sweden)

- Completing assay programme on drill core from Nov 2025 drill programme to determine continuity of exceptionally high-grade mineralisation found at surface.

4/ General working capital requirements.

Application will be made for the placing shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission of the new ordinary shares will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on or around 6 March 2026. The new ordinary shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank in full for all dividends and other distributions declared, made or paid after Admission and will otherwise rank on Admission pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares.
