UK Oil & Gas plc (London AIM: UKOG) is pleased to announce that Aladdin Middle East, the Pinarova-1 operator, has advised that the resumption of testing operations within the Germik/Hoya sequence, utilising larger and more powerful 7-inch perforating guns, capable of fully penetrating the well's 9⅝-inch casing, is expected in around 4 weeks once the guns are on site.

Testing will cover the section where strong oil odours at surface were recorded over a 12-hour period during drilling and mobile light oil was recovered from the mud pit. Subsequent geochemical analysis revealed that the Pinarova mud pit oil is near identical to and from the same source rock as the 42˚ API seismic shot hole oil seep, located around 1.5 km to the west (see RNS of 22nd September 2023).

UKOG holds a 50% non-operated interest in Pinarova-1 and the surrounding 305 km² Resan licence, which also includes the as yet undeveloped Basur-1 light oil discovery.

London, 11 October 2023, Hellenic Dynamics plc (LSE: HELD), a medical cannabis cultivator with a dedicated focus on producing tetrahydrocannabinol ("THC") dominant strains of medical cannabis flowers for the burgeoning European medical cannabis markets, is pleased to confirm the beginning of cultivation.

Following the announcement of 29 September 2023, Elgo Dimitra, the public research institute overseen by the Greek Ministry of Agriculture, has begun the cultivation of medical cannabis flowers for Hellenic Dynamics.

· The ATF has awarded GreenRoc a grant of approximately £250,000 to part-finance a feasibility study into establishing a UK graphite spheronisation processing plant to produce active anode material in the form of coated spherical purified graphite (cSPG) from graphite concentrate shipped from Amitsoq.

· The ATF funding programme is administered by the Advanced Propulsion Centre UK (APC), which deploys government funding and support to accelerate the transition to a net-zero automotive industry in the UK.

· The ATF has expressed the view that GreenRoc's feasibility study project could have significant strategic benefits for the UK in terms of security of supply and achieving resilience in the EV battery sector.

· In GreenRoc's view, the grant funding represents a step forward in establishing a robust supply chain of anode material for EV batteries and fuel cells to bolster the British car industry.

· The feasibility study starts in Autumn 2023 and is expected to be completed by May 2024.

· GreenRoc will act as project manager, with input from four expert consultants: Benchmark Mineral Intelligence, SLR, ProGraphite and Decision Risk Analytics.
