The next bit of news I’d likely to come after hours detailing that administrators have been appointed. As per the last Chapter 11 update the shares will then be suspended from 0800 the next day.
Be very careful if considering throwing anything at this so close to trading being stopped.
2006? Jesus you’re getting desperate now.
The RNS was really clear, they have no money and are winding up. You were warned of this months back but refused to listen to the obvious. Stop being so abusive and accept you were wrong.
You can whine about running to the FCA, voting against the proposal, buying up patents as a group etc, but nothing changes the fact that NNN have no money, no products, and no income. Simple really.
Have you tried searching for ‘FCA contact email’? Comes up as the first hit. Oddly.
Not sure what the FCA will do though, I see no sign of fraud or criminality here, just a business that was never going to go anywhere. You can’t blame others for bad investment decisions.
How do you define winning/losing for either side? For Putin this has now become a war of survival, the more young Russians come back in body bags the greater the chance he takes an involuntary leap out of a seventh floor window. He can’t back down and simply walk away, but he doesn’t have the equipment or levels of trained men left to push for a complete victory. Aside from that the West is too heavily invested to allow him anything like a complete victory.
I suspect this will continue to be a slaughter for both sides until either Putin falls off his perch or is pushed. Whatever replacement will then have an excuse to pull back to what they regard is a position to initiate talks and we’ll finally see something a bit like peace.
As for deluded mainstream media, that’s the talk from the kind of people that get through far too much tin foil. Plenty of substantial evidence out there showing that Putin has utterly failed in his initial aims, and that while they’re not winning, the Ukrainians are giving as good as they get.
Daney, what technology exactly is it you believe in? What firm details have NNN provided? A ‘spinning disc reactor’ yes, but unless you know what that means compared to other means of nano particle production it’s impossible to attribute a value to it.
I asked DrMicho this months ago but he was never able to answer for some reason.
You may not believe it, but some of us genuinely want to warn people off and save them money. My first post here was c3p, and it’s been obvious where this was heading single then.
Unlike you we don’t all have to have an ulterior motive.
There is no manipulation - many of us have been saying what a dog this is, and why, for years. People have had so many chances to get out but rather than listening decided to get abusive.
If they had £8m of product they’d sell it and not be in a financial pickle.
Out of interest Bouchos, how many companies are selling that kind of product? There are some here that seem to think NNN have no competition at all.
What matters isn’t what somebody says on Twitter, but what can be realised in a short space of time. We can assume there are still 6000 litres knocking around, but if that’s the case it’s been unsold since Jan - where’s the value in 6000 litres of something that nobody wants to buy?
Maybe they’ve sold some, let’s say half. They’re still in financial dire straits and gave no appreciable income.
This £8m claim is pure nonsense I’m afraid. You jay even find it needs specialist disposal and is therefore a liability when the company is wound down.
‘Paper losses are only losses when you sell’. Yes, but if it drops 50% and you sell you lose 50%. If you kee holding and it drops another 50% then you’ve lost 75%.
The RNS said what many on here have been warning of for the last few years - there are no products, no revenue, and no reasonable means of raising more money to keep the lights on. Nobody will lend them money as they have no means of repayment, and any raise will be at a massive discount on an MCAP of around £3m, so will achieve next to nothing. That’s if they can find anyone daft enough to sink a load more cash into this dead horse.
And nobody whine ‘we don’t need you telling us you told us so’. The rampers are still trying to encourage people to throw money at this so they can recoup losses, the slightest sign of a rise and they’ll be gone. Don’t fall for it.
And where oh where is DrMicho?
They said it was for working capital purposes. Read the RNS.
Do you not read RNSs here Trisor? 10 Jan was a raise of £400k. Either they conducted a raise as they were bored, or because they were about to run out of cash. The money from Lanstead is based on the SP, so reduces if that falls. Available cash will be dwindling and a raise in the coming week look certain unless somehow there’s news of mega sales.
My guess is an RNS by the end of the month, and it’ll either be yet another raise (or failure to raise) or moderate sales just about keeping things going. If there’s a spike based on moderate sales they’ll then go for a raise at a massive discount.
Jiddy, I’m sure PI will testify he and I have not always seen eye to eye on things, but there’s no need to get upset because somebody else made money. Sorry if you’re underwater, but don’t get snotty with those that got in and out for a quick buck!
Was that the three identically time stamped trades totalling £78? Last of the big spenders eh?
There are two professional investors with hundreds of millions of shares to dump when they have the chance. This isn’t going anywhere fast I’m afraid.
At the top end ARB are mining c200BTC/month, so around 2400/year. That’s a top end estimate.
2400 x $1000 is $2.4m, which is a little different from £3.5-4.5m. Unless my maths is completely out. Except it’s not.
As for profit? How much does it cost for ARB to mine a single BTC? Pure marginal cost only, ignore depreciation on rigs etc. It’s not profit. It’s a little contribution towards costs. No more than that. If this thing is to survive BTC needs to go way above $30k, and stay there.
Trisor, it’s £400k for 8.5% of the company. It’s not the amount that’s being raised that’s the issue, it’s that it’s for a hefty chunk of the company. Plus warrants to buy more shares later.
Sorry for those who got suckered in, but this is very much the disaster many of us warned about.
