Arbuthnot maintained its "buy" rating for Artilium (ARTA), the mobile technology developer, with a 16p target price. The broker notes the extension of the company's largest existing contract, which is with KPN Group Belgium, in a deal expected to be worth 3 million euros (2.6 million pounds) per annum. Commenting on this, Arbuthnot said it views the deal as further vindication of the commercial value and potential of the group's technology.

Evolution Securities reiterated its "buy" recommendation for Eros International (EROS), the media and entertainment group, with a 320p target price. The broker notes that 2011 financial year results were ahead of its own forecast by 10.3%, with pre-tax profits increasing from 49.6 million dollars (30.1 million pounds) to 55.8 million dollars (33.8 million pounds), and said prospects for the following year are strong. Evolution added that a positive macro environment, secured TV deals, healthy pipeline of releases and continued expansion into regional movies should help drive earnings.

Peel Hunt retained its "sell" rating for Asos (ASC) with a 1,500p target price. Ahead of full-year results, the broker said the group offers "stunning levels of international growth potential" with new markets such as the US on a much more advanced development curve than the UK had experienced. With that said, Peel added that whilst remaining highly enthused by management and the business, it does not believe the current valuation is a true reflection of the business. Shares in Asos, which offers over 50,000 branded and own label product lines, rose 29p to 2,368p.

Completion of Debt Refinancing Salamander Energy plc announces that it has successfully completed a debt refinancing. The new facility is a $325 million seven year senior and junior Reserve Based Lending Facility ("the facility"). The facility was arranged as a club deal with BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered Bank as co-ordinating banks, the IFC, Credit Agricole, Natixis, ING, ANZ and Standard Bank were also lead arrangers in the facility. The new facility replaces the existing $230 million senior and junior Reserve Based Lending Facility arranged by BNP Paribas in 2008/09 and the $90 million Acquisition Bridge financing that was executed in September 2010 as part of the acquisition of the additional interest in the B8/38 licence, Gulf of Thailand. The new facility has been arranged at a cost of debt comparable to the existing facility and will provide increased group treasury flexibility.

Boiler tuning/calibration solution approved and implemented Ceres Power reports that it has successfully deployed a solution for the boiler tuning/calibration issue identified in the current wave of field trials. At its Interim Results presentation, the Company reported that initial results from the first wave of five field trial products, installed and operated in a range of occupied family homes, had highlighted an intermittent system reliability issue involving boiler tuning/calibration within the CHP product. In some cases this caused the boiler to automatically lock-out after ignition. As with standard boilers today, if the ignition sequence is not successful after three attempts, then the boiler locks-out, requiring a manual re-set. The engineered solution, involving a new release of software, has been developed in collaboration with Ceres Power's supply chain partners. The improved software has been approved by Kiwa Gastec as complying with the Company's existing CE safety certificate. The Company has now tested the solution and validated that it does satisfactorily resolve the identified boiler tuning/calibration issue and has now uploaded this new software to all CHP products in the field trial, confirming the solution works in occupied homes. The Company is making good progress towards resolving the other reliability and durability issues identified from the field trials and expects to update the market on the progress in addressing these issues during the summer. The company will obtain confirmation that any software or hardware changes made are in compliance with the current CE safety certificate and will implement the solutions across the CHP units deployed in the field trials.
