Fluid tech group Pursuit Dynamics (PDX) has agreed to install its Ethanol Reactor System (ERS) at three Advanced BioEnergy plants in the US. The technology, which greatly improves the efficiency of biofuel production, has created interest from a number of companies, with Marquis Energy signing a contract for the system last week. The latest deal means that there are now 10 plants where installation of an ERS is currently in progress or planning. Pursuit shares soared 44p to 337p.

Shares in ReThink* (RTG) jumped 1.75p to 11.875p on news that full-year results is expected to be "significantly ahead of the market expectations" due to the additional contribution from the recently acquired Berkley Recruitment Group. The UK recruitment and professional services firm added that revenues in the first-half ended 30th June 2011 are expected to be approximately 27% ahead of the corresponding period in 2010.

G4S acquires Alarm Monitoring Services G4S, the world's leading secure solutions group, today announces the acquisition by G4S Secure Solutions (Ireland) Limited of certain assets of Alarm Monitoring Services (AMS) Limited (also trading as "i-watch"), a leading alarm monitoring supplier across Ireland. The purchased assets were acquired for a consideration of €2.55m payable in cash, 70% of which was paid on completion. The remaining 30% will be paid within 18 months, subject to achievement of certain results. Alarm Monitoring Services provides a range of state-of-the-art monitoring, patrol and response services to Irish businesses. This acquisition will further develop G4S's ability to deliver secure monitoring solutions to customers across Ireland.

Shares in Fresnillo (FRES) climbed 80p to 1,520p after the silver miner announced plans to double output at its Saucito mine in Mexico by 2015 or 2016. The company forecasts production of 10 million ounces of silver and 50 thousand ounces of gold in 2014 and, through construction of a new plant, aims to increase output to 20 million ounces of silver and 100 thousand ounces of gold within the following two years.

Burberry (BRBY) shares continue to grow, closing up 94p at 1,531p following better than expected fourth quarter results. The luxury goods company reported underlying revenues of 367 million pounds, 34% higher than for the comparable 3 month period ending 30th June 2010. Additionally, the company continues to expand overseas, including new stores in Hong Kong and Sydney. "We remain confident in our strategies and will continue to drive profitable growth," said chief executive Angela Ahrendts.

Ahead of a trading statement due to be released on 21st July, Shore Capital retained its buy stance for Britvic (BVIC) with a 380p target price as it expects the soft drinks firm to report trading in line with expectations, noting also that comparatives from 2010 are quite challenging due to the impact of the World Cup. Given that, in its view, downside risk to earnings has significantly reduced, Shore Capital believes the current valuation is attractive. Britvic shares slipped 2.6p to 379.4p

GE&CR initiated coverage of AIM-listed Sanderson Group* (SND) with a buy recommendation and 47p target price. With a well-established installed base of customers and an order book that has grown during every reporting period since the 2009 year end, GE&CR believes that the software and IT services business looks well placed to enjoy continued growth despite uncertainty in the UK economy. With the research house putting the shares on a 2012 PE ratio of 5.5 it believes they compare favourably with a multiple of 19.5 times for the industry. Sanderson shares lost 1.5p to 27.5p.

Barclays Capital upgrades British Sky Broadcasting from equal weight to overweight, target price reduced from 860p to 820p.

Update on Legal Dispute in UK Courts Turbotec Products Plc (TRBO.L), the designer and manufacturer of high performance, high quality heat exchangers and Tru-Twist® heat transfer tubing, today announces that following the favourable ruling in the London High Court in the legal action taken by its then majority shareholder, Thermodynetics, Inc and interim cost award, the balance has now been determined. Thermodynetics, Inc has agreed to pay Turbotec an additional sum of £210,000 ($336,000), giving a total of £560,000 including the interim payment. Turbotec is due to receive the additional funds in full by 4pm on 18 July 2011.
